We were frustrated by a big national mortgage lender's internal communication issues, lack of flexibility and inability to ascertain root problems ad devise any work-arounds or fixes.
I was looking for someone else to take on our loan application and received a referral to AmCap's Seagrave office from the local office who had completed our title search work. Within minutes of connecting with Ms Seagrave I knew we had found someone who could help us. And within 24 hours, over a weekend, no less, she had the answer that the nationwide lender would have never arrived at and was communicating with us.
