The nurses were so sweet & helpful throughout the whole process!

Had a really awesome experience. I went into the ER and ended up need surgery. They staff was really nice and make me feel great. My nurse Jessica was really good and on top of everything.

Son born here...things went perfectly!!!Awesome staff

My sister had surgery schedule for 11am with an arrival time of 8am. She was not taken back for surgery until 3pm and following surgery (recovery ) she was not placed in her room until well after 9pm. I was totally confused as to why they schedule surgery and didn't have bed available for patients. The nursing staff informed my family they were waiting for the rooms to be cleaned........ REALLY it takes 6 hours to clean a hospital room. I think NOT! !!

We had horrible care here. My brother-in-law severed his 3 fingers and broke his middle finger. The staff here was not courteous and did not help my brother-in-law (who was actively bleeding through his bandages that the paramedics had put on) until 40 mins had passed. And we were only seen at 40 mins, because we were literally yelling at the staff to help him. The staff continually told us we should have waited the 2 hour wait time. Even though the EMTs said he needed to have his hand checked with in the hour. And once he was finally seen by a nurse, that nurse told him that they could not help him, because the hand doctor was not in and they referred to Arrowhead. (Arrowhead was great and we received prompt and correct care). I would never go to this ER if I could help it. If you must go to St. Bernardine only go if you have non-emergency/emergency since wait times are long and help is hard to find. I could not believe how bad my brother-in-laws care was at this ER. I am still shocked.

I have had nothing but good things to say about this hospital. My health ins. has assigned me elsewhere but I don't listen. It's so worth the haggle for the kinda care one receives here. And they do what they can in the er for all the patients they help. Good job St.Bs

Terrible place. Mom went there for gastric bypass surgery, They slaughtered her and she flat-lined.

Not to mention of the blood outside the hospital and the ghetto surrounding area.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place!!!! The P.A. I saw told me I would have several tests done and he forgot to write up the orders which took extra time because I had to wait for him to get back from dinner. It took 2 hours to get the results of my xrays and simple blood test. They gave me a shot of steroids, and I had a seizure. I asked the nurse before she gave it to me & she said I don't think so. The er is disgusting and half of the staff doesn't care!!!!!!!

Had my kiddo here back in 2007! L&D is full of rock stars as is the NICU! I love Ms. Debbie!!

It's county hospital that's why it's in those
conditions! Need more cleaner throughout the all hospital .. Especially in the emergency area and bathrooms
And the people who work in the emergency area at reception and admission .. should be more friendly and helpful!

I was there last year. I was brought by ambulance from Crestline. I couldn't breath. I was admitted through the ER on 3/17/17 to the Telemetry floor.
The care I received was excellent and the food was tolerable. I was bored, but, I couldn't say anything bad.

Very bad experience, they make us wait more than 2 hrs just to get the prescription. Worst hospital I ever been.

RETRACTING PREVIOUS REVIEW: (since I can not delete it).
Since the last review my Brother Todd has been treated very well. He has been in ICU for the past 6 days and all the nurses have been great! They have worked with him since he had a stroke, talking to him, helping him regain movement etc. They have been kind to my sister in law even with her making constant calls to check on him even letting her FaceTime with him. I would recommend this hospital if you want kind, caring nurses.

I second Local Guide G.J. Rodriguez's review. We really can't fully imagine the stress and demand the hospital staff here goes through on a daily basis. I also don't think it is okay to mistreat patients seeking help and comfort, but I get it. It needs to stop, but I get it. Aside from that, this hospital truly does meet the needs of patients and visitors. They offer free valet parking another great services. It is also a very secure location with security throughout with local police always on scene. This really is a great place to be treated.

Eva's Cafe in the Medical Building Plaza. The food is absolutely good, the sandwiches are very large and 1/2 a sandwich can fill you.

Has no idea what they're doing my son was there for weeks before I transferred him out if he had stayed any longer he would be dead

Doesn't even deserve a star. How is this place even open?! Children vomiting all over the floor, like seriously? Cubicles in the waiting room? Wtf. I've been to a lot of emergency rooms and this by far way the most horrible emergency room experience ever. Went because my 2 year old had possibly ingested poisonous contents. I was standing, yes standing the room was dirty and there was no way in hell I was going to sit and risk getting sick, in the waiting room long enough to know he was fine. They didn't even examine him. Had he been poisoned, he could be dead. Thanks for taking that risk St. Bernardine Medical Center... I will be moving out of San Bernardino now. Just because of the risk an emergency will happen and I or my family members will be taken to this dump and probably killed before they even get examined. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. - Mrs. Gray

We've been there twice now, and each time has been a nightmare. The ER keeps you waiting for a room for at least 10-12 hours, and then once you are admitted, most of the nurses are completely worthless, but worse of all was this last time, one of the case managers "Becky" left me a voicemail that she's putting my disabled husband on a bus with a pass as he's being discharged. We had no idea as he wasn't supposed to be discharged until two days later (according to his two doctors). My husband had only his hospital gown, no clothes, no shoes and didn't even have his cane. He can't even walk more than a few feet because of his disabilities. This women "Becky" should be fired! Next time we're going to Loma Linda.

I hate that my insurance brings me to this hospital. Staying in isnt the problem but the emergency room is a joke! Besides the fact that take longer then any other hospital, they aren't too friendly. I hope someone contacts me because I took my nephew today with his mom, but she doesnt speak Spanish and I was told to not go back because they have Spanish speakers. They do not!!! My nephews mom kept having to call me to the back because no one spoke Spanish with her, yet they would not let me translate when I'm fluent. What a joke

My surgery was smooth and easy they really took care of me. They did their best to make sure I was comfortable.

This emergency is a joke. Unfortunately my stepdad has to come here. The officers I mean security in this emergency room are to busy flirting with co workers. That when you ask them questions they act like your bothering them. I get it s busy but laughing and joking when people are so sick. give me a break

My experience in the emergency department with my 6-month-old baby was very good only for a nurse who seemed not to know what she was doing but all the other nurses were very attentive and patient, especially the nurse who treated us, I think her name was Jess something. well I don't remember well

Taking some birthing classes at the family and nursing center, good info and very friendly instructor . Would recommend for any first time parent

My daughter went in August to have a C-section long story short nurses where in the hall talking about how they didn't want to be her nurse because she needed a little more attention do to other medical issues. First of all let me tell you that is HIPPA speaking of a patients health issues in the hall in a loud voice and not in a soft voice. Now if my daughter heard them talking about her then so did the other patients and people walking in the halls. The nurses there where rude and talked about there personal life loudly and did not acknowledge you when you would say excuse me to ask a question. That was a experience that I wish no new mother would go through. Labor & Delivery nurses were the worst.. I can say I love the nurses that I work with they do not treat any of there patients like this.

This place is a joke no parking. DR Bar office is the worst, rude staff, no seating, never on time if you can go any where else i say you do avoid this circus!!!

Old, broken beds that squeak. Changed rooms and the shower had hair and suction cups from the person before me.

PA harris is a disgrace to the medical feild and should be discharged and sent somewhere more fitting like mental ward yo take care of crazy people since hes so disrectfull and rude . To emergency situations pa harris refused to see me and told me to go somewhere else. Im sorry but the waiting room was empty and he just was so rude and i didnt appeciate it m if i have to post a review everyday about this riddiculous outcomming i will . Pa harris is a disgrace

St.Bernardine is the worst hospital in the IE people die over at that hospital from suffering of pain they know help they are rude my dad pass away from a broken spine that they said he didn't have I took my dad to st Bernardine because of his back pain and because my dad couldn't walk any more and all st Bernardine did was send him home with a broken spine my dad was in so much pain and didn't do anything for him so I token him to loma Linda were they trying helping him they try saving him but it was to late were my dad went in to a coma and pass away 11/10/16 for your own safe I would go to loma Linda for help best hospital

rude er nurse named jess made my 70 year old grandma cry because jess was complaining about having to do things for her complaining that my grandma ask for something everytime she sees her etc.... like you made the choice to be a nurse your patients should never feel how you made my grandma feel and you shouldn't talk about how unhappy you are with helping people in front of them ..... jess maybe you should find a new line of work

The staff is always polite & im seen in a timely manner. This is the best urgent care I've been to, I don't go anywhere else.

9-16-16....Been here since 3:00 still here Haven't seen not one dr since I been here....took 5 hrs and a bunch of nurses to try and get an IV...This hospital sucks.... wouldn't refer my worst enemy

Considering the area & peak hours I feel bad sometimes for the staff. Dudes will come in here smelling like piss & eating their snot. They treat my kids & I with a lot of respect & love though & always have us In & out. Thank you for always being there in our emergency visits.

Took my sick newborn to the ER and waited 12 hours to be seen. Yep, 12 hours. Sent home only to find out she had to go to Loma Linda hospital the next day with severe med problems. Still haven't gotten over that.

Being a patient at St. Bernadines Hospital is an incredible experience, you / I were treated with the highest courtesy and kindness! The Nursing staff are wonderful and its genuine. The Doctors are the best and they truly care about your situation that brought you there and your recovery after. I really can't say enough about the whole institution. If you need help they are there for you!

Brought my mother here per her home RN. request. Service is good but security is a joke! No control at keeping control or order in the ER. Its a zoo here. Loud &#+* people and unruling rug rats running a muck. St. B's needs to really address this issue. I won't come here again. Arrowhead Regional is a much more better experience then this zoo. No respect for sick people at all.

I'm afraid I can't say anything bad about this hospital. I went in at 3AM on 9/11/2014...admitted within 20 minutes...and spent 26 days on the 5th floor oncology wing. Nurses and entire staff were amazingly professional...caring...and even loving! No matter what I wanted or needed at anytime day or night, they got it for me.
I went in for acute pancreatitus and was found that it was a different infection causing the pancreas problem...after a myriad of tests. Operated on Sept 19th and fully recovered by the day I was discharged...October 6th.
A heartfelt thanks to Dr Robert Yang (personal physician), Dr. Nyuen (plastic surgeon) and the entire nursing staff as well as Maria in housekeeping...all were wonderful!!!

This was the dirtiest hospital I have ever been in, most of the nurses on duty there need to go back to school.
You would think they would be giving ones pain medication every four hours no I had to buzz them to remind them that it was time for me to take my pain melds, the nurse couldn't even tell me when I took my last dose that it accidentally got deleted that place.is a mess the bathrooms we're filthy the shower was so dirty I had to get housekeeping to come and clean it like three different times each time someone came to clean for some reason they did not notice that there was a shower built in the bathroom. It was like the shower was invisible three times housekeeping came to clean the bathroom three times the shower didn't get clean until I told the girl "WHAT YOU GUYS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CLEAN THE SHOWERS HERE OR WUT" ? She looked like she wanted to to ring my neck for reminding her that there was a shower in the bathroom I would never go to that place again 6 1/2 days that hospital needs to be shut down

Truly disgusting how you can give up on your patients so quickly. My family had to hire a private ambulance company to have my sister transferred to a different hospital because the incompetent staff could and would not provide adequate care. Please heed the warning and NEVER trust this hospital.

My son went to this hospital and they charged him more than $3,000 for a basic doctor visit and an X-ray. We called them several times and "Anna" said that she will send us a bill detailing the charges, but she sent us a bill of 1, 457.92 with no details and "discount." It looked like my son had a surgery for $3,000 that day. So funny! They charge you whatever they want! We don't recommend this place. They charge you unbelievable amounts of money to people!

My husband had a stroke the er was great and they got him a room in record time on the 4 the floor our nurse bob was great but the other nurses we have had are cold and unfeeling and I sit in the room they gave my husband a bag of blood whoh spilled on the floor and it is still there from yesterday
Dr came in and saw it and said well atleast it's his smh

My dad is currently getting surgery for his appendix as I am writing this. They didn't update my mom about anything they're really wish washy they forgot to do a urine sample when they were running tests my mom had to pretty much remind them about which test they said they would do , very unorganized. I am about to go down there now because I am concerned. This is very disappointing. ALSO they wanted to send him home before administering the test earlier they were brushing him off. My father first of all avoids the Drs. At all costs he insisted he felt really sick and he knew it was something more .. now he is get operated on. That is really screwed up I guess they wanted to wait till his appendix burst.

Ridiculously long wait times. ER is filthy and run down. They allow people to play loud music and security sits there and does nothing. Probably the worst hospital I have ever been to. Very unprofessional and just plain ghetto.

I came in with shortness of breath. Other than an IV and labs drawn, I sat for 3 hours without any interventions. I finally got frustrated and called the nurse in. She was surprised the MD had not come in to see me because her and the charge nurse had put notes in the chart . The nurse didn t check with me very often to even notice I hadn t been seen. The ER doc came in and asked about my history, of which I had let 5 people know that I had printed out a copy of all my medical history and it was on the bedside table. She tried to tell me I m ok because she unbeknownst to me had shut off the O2 and my saturation was ok. She had me walk the hallway and I was gasping for air and my hands turned blue . THEN the doctor finally ordered interventions. This was the worst I ve ever been treated for shortness of breath by any hospital! Horrible! As a patient we try to be patient and wait for our turn, but we suffer in silence!

If you are ill enough to need a Hospital go elsewhere! Their Emergency Room is useless!!! They couldn't diagnose C-Diff Colitis that was severe enough to put me in a real Hospital, Loma Linda University Medical Center for three weeks! Then four weeks of home healthcare with IV antibiotics. Their incompetence nearly proved fatal!!!

ER St. Bernadine was the worst experience! August 25th 2016 in the morning between 7:30 am and 11:00 am. I was brought in by the gourney cause my wife called 911 for me because I had a sudden threshing needle, sticking, electricity pain shooting down the spine of my back that caused no movement out of me! This was a first for me. I couldn't believe the agony of that moment. Than it got worst when I was in the Emergency room! I wanted to smack that nurse that was dealing with me at the time. You know who you are! You RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL NONUNDERSTANDING THING! She practically kicked me out while I was in so much PAIN! She literally said " I need to hurry up and leave, because other people needs the bed." I was so upset especially when at that very moment I thought I was dying! She had to say that in that way at that time! I couldn't believe my ears. I didn't want to go anywhere until my pain went down a little at LEAST. I had an X-Ray done, was normal. My stats were normal. I'm diabetic and they didn't really dwell on that. I guess the Doctor had me discharged but the way I was treated was very unfair and RIDICULOUS! That lady nurse even called security because she felt some type of way. Which she'd probably going to lie and say she felt threatened, but if you'd see the pain I was in and I hoped everybody in that ER or especially HER felt what I felt, they would understand more and treat me better. NOTE TO DOCTORS AND STAFF: Just because the X-RAYS and STATS and BLOOD TEST show NORMAL DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE NOT FEELING ANY KIND OF PAIN!!!! My Pain level was at an 11 at that time. I am still upset, I feel like taking this matter to ADMINISTRATION BOARD, file a COMPLAINT or something because ER lady was not right. She did not care how I was feeling, She should not be working there because I'm sure she does that all the times and that's wrong. I should of been priority since I was gurneyed. Not a good experience. This is how upset I am I had to ask my wife to write this BECAUSE IM STILL IN PAIN! Shots and meds did not work! Never will I ever go back to ST. Bernadine Emergency Room again! I didn't even want to give this a star but had to so I can POST!

I am appalled and embarrassed at the final treatment I received at St Bernardine's hospital. Outside of nit being told of test I was awakened at 2am and discharged at 230am. The charge nurse ordered an Uber car for me and I was sent on my way. I find absolutely ridiculous that something like this is normal or even acceptable according to hospital policy or patient safety

Don t come here I had a strong fever and I was vomiting and it took 6 hours to get in and out

I really liked st bernadines hospital all the nurses went above and beyond checking on me . Western bariatrics was very helpful and great. They did everything to help me every time I had a problem . The Dr is amazing I am so thankful surgery went great and he took care of me and did my surgery

St. B's hospital is a wonderful hospital. My problem is a female doctor who works in the ER and when i've been a patient of her's she seems to already have my diagnosis before i get there. Based on her patients from earlier in the day.
As for the rest of the staff, from Specialists to cleaning staff, they are wonderful caring people who take the time to listen to you and ask questions.
If that one female ER doctor were gone i would rate it 10 stars.
I had my son there in 1970 and my daughter in 1972 when the nuns were still there, so i've been there many times.
These last few days there were because a best friend from more than 51 yrs was in ICU and I went to say my goodbyes.
The staff on the 2nd floor ICU were so understanding and accommodating. The staff the deserve 5 stars.

I came in through the ER with breathing problems. I was on the 6th floor and the nurses and staff could not be any nicer.
I was so scared and they were there to help me.

The staff here is amazing! Those who cared for me were Rosa, Dr. Ong, Leslie, Juan, Pierre, and John. My surgeon, Dr. Elsissy, was amazing, as well! I, also, would have given 5 stars had it not been for the 3 hour wait before I had surgery. Even then, I wasn't left hanging, as the manager(?)came in and explained why the wait was so long. During the waiting period, I did get frustrated and upset, but the staff remained patient, calm and kind, even though I didn't. I'm very grateful! Thank you, and God bless you all!

Great service you don't have to wait long in the ER. But they do not carry anything for rattlesnake bites.

This place is a disgrace, not only are their staff ghetto so is the whole facility. To put you in a room with other patients with your IV hooked on a coat hanger on the wall is the most ghetto thing I've ever seen. And the nurses in the ER are just rude, they have no expressions on their faces, they don't make you feel comfortable and they don't show no comfort. They are there as a job not to help anyone, some hospitals have staff that care about their patients and don't just see it as just a paycheck! Those nurses need to get trained to be considerate to their patients if not they should not be working there!!!! I wouldn't even give them a one star but unfortunately I had too pick one! All the staff can go to HELL!!!

The minute I arrived to check in for my surgery I was given red carpet treatment, until I was discharged. Every staff that I encountered were amazing, and listened to my concerns. The nurses were AWESOME!! I really underestimated this hospital because of the area it's in, but it taught me not judge a hospital by its location.

Recently took my 88 year old mother here for a heart valve replacement. Maybe it was my nerves or the unfamilliarity with the procedure but I expected a nightmare. The actual experience was quite the opposite. The staff was courteous and helped explain everything to us in a way that made my mother as comfortable as possible, even though she has limited communicative capacity. Everything, from check-in to transfer to Kaiser Fontana, went pretty smooth. Obviously, your mileage may vary but our one expereince here went about as well as we could have hoped for.

Worst hospital I've ever EVER! been to im 10 weeks pregnant and i have been non stop throwing up and my baby has been having problems since my 6th week finding out its low heart rate, so yesterday i arrived didn't wait because of in quicker, they were unprofessional my blood from the i.v. was dripping on the blanket all they did was give me fluids didn't treat me for nausea and didnt check on the baby at all no ultrasound nothing , an hour later i had to rush to Loma Linda to be treated.

Worst one for me...though the nurses are good..This is the only hospital that the doctor in emergency does not put his remarks/notes or comments or signature on the discharge papers..if i didn't call again the operator to know what it says about the results of my Lung X-ray because i have covid..i would never know that part my lungs collapse..i dont knw if hes/she lazy to write..when all i know, all the doctors. I met at any emergency hospitals they write their remarks and notes.

Michelle in the ER, took the time to let me know how my mom is. She had such a pleasant personality that took all the worry right out of me. St Bernardine s is lucky to her. She a 5 star all the way. Thank you Michelle. Your awesome !!!! Sibylle

Terrible nursing care and poor quality care overall. I had to do their job several times. All they said was that they were short handed. Also they have some construction going on where the construction crew is banging on walls next to critical care patients. I had to call and ask for patients to be moved away from that area. They would not do it themselves without me calling about this.

My husband was taken to this ER yesterday with internal bleeding. I do not understand why there are so many bad reviews. Everybody I came in contact with was nice, helpful and answered my questions. It was extremely busy when they brought him in and as of this morning there still were no beds available in ICU. They let me spend the night in the ER, brought me a reclining chair and a blanket and pillow and did nothing but do their jobs to the fullest. Even though they were crazy busy, my husband got the attention he needed and then some. I am very impressed with the nurses, security and people behind the Registration desk as they were all so helpful and understanding the entire time I was there.

L&D nurses are the best nurses ever and the entire 3rd floor!! A big thank you to all the wonderful nurses that helped with my delivery and recovery...Robin, Cindy, Courtney, Sergio, Mike, Anne, Suwanna, America, Lisa, Kim, Jen, Heather, Jessie, Katherine, Tiffany, and Arlene. I probably missed a few more nurses but just know you all did an amazing job. THANK YOU!!!

I had my baby on 1/25/18 via C-section and the treatment I got from doctors and nurses was amazing. I was so scared of having a C-section but the doctors were so compationate and patient with me as well as the nurses. God bless Dr. Sterbutzel, Dr. Huong and all the staff who helped me deliver my baby safely and who also took excellent care of me. I stayed 3 days at the hospital and even the food they gave us was excellent.

Worst ER experience of my life. The doctor was condescending, it took two hours to take a urine sample, pregnancy test, they didn't understand medical terms so the staff need to go to education seminars, or back to college. The ER was filthy and it smelled like urine. I ended up leaving with more questions and no answers.

Went to the emergency room made an appointment online Fast Track, for lower back end leg pain I am a heart patient from Saint Bernardine's had a triple bypass there in 2010 they took my vitals and didn't even notice how high my blood pressure was push pain meds and said make an appointment with your regular doctor by the time I got home after a long long wait on Fast Track my chest was hurting because my blood pressure was up so high had to take extra blood pressure medication to get my blood pressure under control thank you ER doctor for not noticing how high my blood pressure was because you never looked Saint Bernardine's you get a big one star if I could advertise this place is a bad place to go I would advertise this all over the world, they are very unprofessional in the emergency room

If I can give this hospital more than 5 stars i would .. The hospital staff the nurses and doctors are amazing people. they keep it together under pressure and they are very helpful in spite of the many rude and clueless people they have to deal with after all we are in the getto . i was admitted after an emergency surgery and i never had to use the call light once to ask for anything that's how much they care for the patients .. They're not just nurses they are angels and truly care for your saftey and comfort .. God bless them

I m not coming back here ever! My whole arm is bruised almost black because of the way a nurse put in my IV she also had an attitude problem and was very careless about my situation I went in for.

I went in the emergency for a medication refill and was refused treatment, simply because "my medication is a controlled substance Sch. IV, they've filled it for me once before and I need to have a primary care physician for my meds". No sh*t, Sherlock! But what if I don't have a doctor yet, because I am starting my life over in an unfamiliar, new place? I didn't choose it! I wasn't asking for anything extra, abusing my meds or the system, or lying, more to that I explained my situation quite clearly, yet I didn't get the treatment whatsoever. They don't inquire or listen, because they don't care and they are unprofessional (maybe not all, but in this very case). I was very upset and just walked out. I can't stand such prejudiced, superficial approach, it only adds to the health issues, that you already have, makes you not want to ever see doctors again, because they don't consider even the implications and the impact of their judgemental, mercenary attitude on your overall wellbeing. Good for nothing, but more damage such " doctors" are. After all I didn't choose to be born with condition that is managed only by few meds, all of which are controlled substances. I take care of myself, regardless, because I get to live with it, because my health is top priority for me.

This place is completely unorganized. No update s after surgery and no rooms available after recovery. You also can not visit while they are in recovery and they tell you none of this. Just sit and wait 12 hrs

The ER staff sucks and always traets people like they are on drugs! Or are drug attics its now right

Horrible hospital I wouldn't recommend anyone to have their baby here, I had to move to San Bernardino temporarly, so I had the unfortunate experience to have to deliver my baby here, it was awful, they had only one doctor assisting all the women who where delivering that day!, I almost had to deliver without assistance, the nurses or CNA whatever they were, were super rude, ghetto, showed 0 compassion. Worst, and ghetto as heck hospital! Do yourself a favor and drive to another hospital.

I took my partner to Urgent Care. She was throwing up blood and had severe nausea. Urgent Care called for an ambulance to take her to the ER at St. B's. I went home and ate. By the time I got to St. B's, they were already discharging her with a prescription for Zofran and Protonix.
My partner, Sherry, was still very weak with pain and nausea. She took the recommended doses, but she was still in a lot of pain and couldn't keep anything down.
After a couple hours of watching her suffer, I insisted we go back to the ER.
This time we did NOT go to St. B's.
In the ER at Arrowhead Regional, they took her right in and started working. They were trying to help her. Not give her a bandaid and send her home.
They put a tube down her throat and sucked what looked like 25-30oz. of blood out of her stomach.
Could have St. B's done any less than they did. Are you even trying to win?
I wonder how many times you discharge people and they end up worse. How would you know because they wont be getting worse in your ER. They aren't there long enough.
I used to think St. B's was a great hospital. NOT anymore. You could have killed her. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars or less I would.

Dr Kudticar is the worst dr I've ever scene!!! Schedules appointments for 9 a.m. but doesn't even arrive till 10:30!! Lazy, inconsiderate and disrespectful!!! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!! He should be fired for being late EVERY single day!!

Was treated kindly and they did their best to accommodate me in the ER considering the covid19 situation.

You got me here and got me there who was it that you thought they came to see a Pulitzer prize winner you have the imagination accompanied by the abuse of power.

Horrible experience! Felt like the ER doctor was so condescending. And told me basically they couldn't do nothing for me even tho I was in severe pain. I felt I was judged by what I was wearing like I was some druggie looking for a fix..
