- I pleaded guilty to three serious offenses.

- I pleaded guilty to three serious offenses.

I received an 18 month mental health requirement order, 50 unpaid work and some other things which I forget the name of.

In 50 of unpaid work I got roughly 35-38 hours worth of break and only actually worked 12-15 hours. In 18 month of having to engage with mental health services, for the first 12 months I barley saw them -to which probation done nothing to enforce propper treatment- once we hit roughly the 12 month mark we realised there wasn't even a mental health requirement order put in place, after going back to crown court, not once, not twice but three with still no input from mental health services we finally got the order after the fouth court date.... This took 4 months(which I never saw mental health services once) At this point legal and mental health only had a few months left to enforce anything. Anybody who knows the inns and outs of what's been going agrees that the mental health plane I was given is below par and was only given to me because mental health had to look like they were willing todo something.

There was some thinking course I had to go on was also dropped and not enforced.

In two and a half years of being arrested, de-arrested and re-arrested, sectioned under the mental health act, investigated, going to magistrates court once, crown court six times, having to meet a psychiatrist that works with the courts, a presentencing report.... I can truthally say I can only count on one hand the number of people I've met actually have a job that's worth doing.

I answered truthally when probation asked the final question, I think it's likely to very likely I will reoffend in the future if I become psychotic again, propper mental health intervention would have been the rehabilitation I needed, there's no chance now for me to get any treatment, if mental health services gave me the absolute minimal engagement with a crown court order, what's the chances of me getting help now without it?

- the worst thing about being meantlly Ill is mental health services expects you to act as if you're happy and healthy.
