SSM Music Review

I just want to thank you SSM, Dean, Greg, Patti, and all your staff for all you do. Consummate professionals!

This label asks for money to invest in your brand up front. If they were reputable they would be willing to put forth the money to invest in your brand. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. They kept me on the hook talking sweet dangling something in front of me for a week and a half before asking me to put forth upwards of a 35k investment.

SSM isn t a record label. They mask themselves as one to lure you into giving money to them. This place is absolutely a scam. Be careful!

SCAM artists. They ROB YOUR of your hard earned money and don t deliver. Not a real record label. A team of poor, washed up crooks!

SSM Nashville is such an amazing label. The employees care about their artists and interns. They work tirelessly to serve their artists and the label and are a pleasure to be around. What a great environment!

I make my living in music, so honesty and integrity are paramount to me. I've worked with Patti (at several of the major labels for nearly 3 decades) and her staff for years now for one reason... because they get the job done and I trust them. SSM... Long May You Run!

Devin; as CEO of SSM Nashville I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding you may have had with us. We have been in business on Music Row for many years now and have worked very hard for our clean reputation. It s really unfortunate that as an aspiring public figure you would target us with such a negative rant. Especially, when we have never offered you a deal of any kind; you have never step foot in our offices, and management (who makes all decisions on working with any acts) has never even met you. This is a very tough business and we get pitched a lot of acts to be on this label. For obvious reasons, having a vetting process in place to make sure that we are dealing with total professionals before they even reach management is essential for us. In conclusion, SSM has been here over 10 years and will be here 10 years from now, so the next time you have any issues with us, give us the courtesy of making an appointment and telling us face to face. If this company approaches you don't walk....RUN! They will make you promises to get your money only to use it to fund their own artists. Thankful that a reliable source in Nashville alerted me of the slime before I got sucked in.

This company not only has experienced, knowledgable employees that have the dedication to match, but SSM is constantly working to create and develop artists of freshness and authenticity.
