Despite the fact that I was late for my appointment, they still unloaded me in just 15 minutes. The employees in receiving were friendly and there are signs posted throughout the parking lot to aid in navigation.
These people can t seem to finish orders on time. Been in the dock for over 5 hours and keep getting fed the fake line of them almost being done for the past three hours.
I had a seat from this company installed recently, it's fairly comfortable, it's also very noisy, lots of creaking noise that I'm unable to rectify it also has a "loose" feeling like the mounting bolts are not tight. This is not isolated to my seat either, another truck had a national seat installed at the same time with the same problems.
When you call the office the recording says that they are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm. I arrived at 7:15am and the shipping and receiving office was open.
