Worked there for 10 years. Never have I ever delt with management like this place. You constantly get belittled for not hitting impossible rates and when you do you're never appreciated. The company gives you little to no family time and seniority doesn't mean a damn thing there. There's no family leave for fathers, I had to burn a whole week of vacation after my daughter was born. Don't waste your time like I did.
This is a good place to work it's in Janesville and the work is easy.
Went for a job. Fair all sorts of openings . 6 ahead of me and none of us got hired .

This place is horrible to work for in my experience here. Lead on 2nd harassed me everyday till I quit for absolute no reason. I only stay for a month and a half. This is why they don't keep workers on 2nd shift. Another guy I worked with named Zach only lasted a week for the same reason. 2 months into my new place of work. I feel appreciated and valued.
I did not get this at SSI d ue to their lead tbey had in charge. I'm sry I can't remember his name. I can remember that he smelled really bad. I hope that nobody else has to go through this. Thats why I'm posting this. Probably, should have reported it while i was there,but you know companies like this. They dont care
Going back from where I left but they treat you like a person and Management is so much better than panoramic, ssi is more professional.
