Awesome experience. The service is second to none and the products are knockout. The Elite filter system is every bit as good as Lee. The filter holder is engineered to perfection and the filters are optically superb. There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to fully do SRB justice.
Purchased the Elite filter holder, 72mm adapter ring and the ND 1000 filter. Arrived well packaged and arrived well within the stated time.
The products are well made from high quality

I ordered a digiscoping adapter for a MFT camera. It wasn't in stock so they gave me free delivery and it still arrived very quickly.
The item itself is made very well and completely of metal, no cheap plastic parts. It also comes in a little protective cloth bag.
At least on the ordering experience I can wholeheartedly recommend SRB when compared with Ama*** or some other well-known photographic retailers who seem to be unable to present meaningful search results. SRB gave me a nice, clear, ordered list. Oh and the best price too. Update! arrived today, just in time for my trip. Fabulous!

My first experience of ordering from SRB is very much like the curates egg - good in parts. Their price for a basic set of 100mm Lee filters and holders etc was very competitive so an online order was placed. The items arrived promptly and well packed. However, I wasted a good hour not to mention precious reserves of sanity in trying to mount the various rings and holders onto the lens with no success. Eventually close perusal of Lee filters website videos confirmed that I had been sent a push on version of the filter holder by mistake. A phone call to a polite and helpful person elicited a promise of a correct replacement along with postage stamps to cover the return. The replacement again arrived promptly but no stamps, despite the invoice being clearly annotated for the packer to enclose some! I have sent the erroneous item back at personal expense and suggested that a cheque to cover my costs and time may be appropriate. We shall see !
Update 2 weeks later - no sign of a refund. The lesson is clear. I should have kept the errant goods hostage until return postage was supplied. Or dealt with a firm that is capable of sending the correct item in the first place. Downgraded to 2 stars as a result.
A superb photographic online shop their products are premium their own brand kit is amazing I purchased carbon fibre monopod for a third of the price of its competitors and the build is rock solid !
