We had a poor experience throughout the home building process dealing with the realtor and builder. Now we are having a horrible experience with their warranty process. We have bad drainage issues, have a defective tub surround, and an unpainted ceiling. The contractors they ask us to contact will not respond to our phone calls and we have waited almost 5 months to get these fixed.

I don t normally leave reviews but our experience has been so poor. I think future home buyers should be aware since the choice of a builder is such a huge decision for your family.

Great company to work for and everyone is very friendly

I m in love with my home, however; if you have to call for repairs SR homes is unresponsive and do not follow up in a timely manner or send unqualified people to do the repairs. Shame on you!

Buyer's beware before purchasing a new home from SR Homes, LLC ! Check out the driveway they built that has failed less than 2 years....and they claim zero responsibility ....costing us THOUSANDS to fix....complete lack of business character by not supporting their workmanship and zero commitment to customer service...you've been warned...
