When looking for office space, TheSquareFoot was my go-to destination. The leasopedia helped me understand what I was doing. Then I was able to look at spaces in the areas I was interested and I was able to connect directly with the owners.

Somewhat misleading website map, identifying low rent units - or at least I never got to see any of them. Very robotic interface, difficult to clearly identify space needs and goals. Repeatedly attempted to steer me to units that did not meet needs, telling me what would be best for me.

My team got kicked out of its last office (we were subleasing) and we needed to find a new space ASAP. The SquareFoot team helped us find a temp space while showing us more permanent options. We recently moved to Chelsea and couldn't be happier!
