sQecial Media is a landmark in this town. A bookstore and gift shop for those who march to the beat of a different drum.

Really cool place that's like nothing I've ever seen. Prices are astronomically high though.

This place is such a gem! They have such interesting gifts, toys, books, decor, esoteric stuff and lifestyle items! The prices are very reasonable and it us a pleasant place to hang out and a great place to get see stocking stuffers!

Very unique, got exactly what I needed but had to leave prematurely because the smell was so strong and gut wrenching.

Best little headshop/bookstore/gift shop. They're locally owned and operated. They're really nice people who are extremely talented and knowledgeable about their business and different products. Definitely suggest that you drop in and check it out.

Cool Place, I found what was looking for me. Is it odd or is it God?

I come here often, mostly to look at the tarot selection and to chat with the employees, I personally feel their stones are over priced compared to other places I've been, but the selection is decent so I can't really complain. They have every type of book you can imagine, used and new, and a fun collection of stuffed animals. Need meditation candles? They have them! As well as incense and smudge kits. They have a small selection of pipes, they check for ID as soon as you look so don't be nosey kids! They have in my opinion, compared to other places, over priced body jewelry, and 5 dollar pins and stickers. Overall I prefer to just chill here a soak in all the calm vibes, you leave the store feeling refreshed, whether you buy something or not.

Excellent new age shop. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Good supply of tarot and various rocks, gems, and crystals. All fair market priced.

People are terrific. So many things you don't find everywhere.

This has always been a favorite stop of mine in Lexington. A great place to find new and used books, as well as unusual gifts. They have a great selection of tarot cards, crystals and pipes. A very cool shop to visit, perhaps as close to the "something for everyone" as you can get.

I love this store! I can spend alot of time here, checking all the interesting books, beautiful tapestries, artistic items from all over the world. The choices of incense is wonderful, candles, jewelry , etc etc

My favorite place to visit when I'm in Lexington, hands down! Always friendly staff, lots of unique items, crystals, pendulums, incense, blends of oils for perfumes, bumper stickers, pipes, bubblers and bongs, artsy post cards, tarot cards, anf super cool jewelry just to mention a bit. They're always getting new and different items in, but they always keep the staples.

I LOVE sQecials!!!! I live an hour or so away, but really try and stop in every time I'm in Lexington. I love the fact that their merchandise is always changing and you can always be sure to find something new. They have wonderful novelty items as well as stuff for the eclectic collector. I have wonderful memories of going to sQecials with my mother years ago. It's a special place for me and has some of the most interesting stuff. My recent trip was to find the perfect winter solstice gift for a friend of mine. If you want to find something unique, it is guaranteed that you will find something totally unique and special. If I lived closer the people there would probably get tired of me. I have loved every purchase that I have made. And a major plus is that the staff is so warm and friendly. Can't wait until my next visit.

Wide variety of options when it comes to gift giving for him or her. Cozy atmosphere, clean and kept that way. Always changes products and decor depending on time of year. Very upbeat and friendly staff who honestly care if you have any questions or just wanna chat. Over all an amazing place for this town with positivity gleaming from it and I hope it stays open for years to come.

If you have never been, you gotta go. A local gem. It's a good entertaining experience stopping in here. Stationary, greeting cards, ceramics, books, socks, gifts, incense, jewelry, tapestries, and a whole other assortment of fun things.

When I think lexington, I always think of Sqecial. They have such a wife array of books and other items. It always smells divine and I enjoy getting lost in everything.
