Beautiful venue. Show jumping is actually quit interesting.

My family attended the military family appreciation day at Spruce Meadows and we were treated almost like royalty! Very beautiful location with lots of scenery. It was our first time ever attending an event like this but it was absolutely gorgeous.

Came for the father's day brunch specifically. Quality of the food was not worth the price (not very good food somewhat higher quality than dennys but not much). Service and place was nice tho. Dont recommend the father's day brunch here, specially with all the high quality breakfast places in Calgary like OEB,Reds diner, Cora, and blue star diner among some.

My mom and I come here every year for the Christmas fair! We really enjoy it. This year we came on a Sunday and it was really busy. So for future years Fridays it is!

Great venue. Went to the Christmas market. It was amazing. I recommend.

Enjoyed the show, the vendors, the demonstrations, and the displays.

This place is beautiful and wonderful to visit whether you are just walking around or taking in a horse show.

Such a stunning property and the tack store has great decent price unique items. The masters is something every horse lover should visit at least once

I have attended the Masters weekend at Spruce Meadows since its inception. I can honestly say that although the grounds become more elaborate every year, the service, food and beverage was well below average. The wait time in lineups was long, items were not available, food was served at the wrong temperature and it wasn't busy at the time. I was also very disappointed that recycle and compost bins were not available.

Annual Christmas Market and Festival of Lights is one of my favorite events in area. Doesn't matter how old you are, you'll feel like a child again.

Spruce Meadows is Calgary and area's event venue for horse show jumping! Amazing food, lots of people, and offers the senses much to take in! Arrive early and get the best selection of seating for you and your loved ones. Enjoy your experience!

A world class attraction! Pristine grounds! If you are attracted all interested in equestrian events, this is the place to see!

For a nice day outside with great venues for horsies lovers and fans

A very nice facility. Went for a Cavalry FC game. There is a variety of sports venue type food and drink available. Took the shuttle from the LRT. quick service to the venue, but you get dropped a long way from the entrance, so a long walk in.

Beautiful grounds, lots going on when we were there.

I would give it 6 if I could. Great sport, super concessions, caring considerate personnel, fun events. Couldn t ask for more and the price is right. A great time for all ages.

Visited here for the International Christmas Market. Approximately 300 vendors here! Costco, Baraka Dream of Egypt, Tim's Frozen Pizza, and so many more! Carolers walking around singing, open firepits out to enjoy, and live music and performances. Would definitely recommend visiting, 3 weekends!

We went to Spruce Meadows Christmas market and it was great. Lots of cool things to see and buy. It is very well organised and a great place to buy handmade unique items.

I think 12 dollars is a bit much for entry but it is an entertaining day. It can get quite busy but the people directing traffic do an amazing job to make parking easy and safe.

It's a beautiful place to spend an afternoon with the family of you love horses or scenery.

Went for the Christmas show pretty much perfect day.

But the Food there was not very flavorful the bratwurst was bland

Overall good though will definitely be back next year!

A world class place that is the perfect destination for families on an event weekend. So much happening from dog shows to show jumping.

Spruce Meadows has various events throughout the year besides the equestrian events. I was attending the gem and rock show put on by Silver Cove over the weekend. Great place to hold an event including weddings.

This is a beautiful place, with trees, green grass & flowers! You can enjoy outdoor nature, even if you aren't interested in watching horses!
They also have Vendors selling all kinds of different products, a couple of times a year. You might find something you like.

Really positive experience watching the World Cup final here with friends. Excited about their venture with Cavalry FC too.

Excellent show with eating choices and additional entertainments

Parking is atrocious. The organization of their parking spaces leaves a lot to be desired. Plan for 1hr plus to leave the grounds... prepare to see this a lot.

Great place for family or first date. Its relaxing, quiet, there are plenty of parking available. Although I heard parking will now cost $5 before it was free...staff are very friendly and helpful with giving directions. Food is absolutely amazing .

Lovely all year round. Christmas time and summer time.

A great place to go with the kids. Top notch facilities with world renowned competitions at a price that is basically nothing to get in.

Spruce Meadows have done a fantastic job with their setup for Cavalry FC games. They have beer gardens, game areas, food and drink stands. They've really catered to the fans overall experience and made it very welcoming for all ages.

Fantastic facility. Went walking here with my family while holidaying in the area - spent some time sitting on the grass watching some fantastic showjumping

Ok but not organized for foot traffic and food lineups. Should be a better way than a free for all. I think this should be addressed.
They are always pointing people in the direction of spend more money buy a seat at the venue.
Food could be a lille less expensive.
Example 3 cotton candy stacks (not large) candy apple and a carmen popcorn. $32.50.
2 jumbo dogs 1 fry 2 50 ml aquafina water $24.50

Every year we are there for Christmas market and it is a lot of selections and Handmade items. Many gifts in there that you can't find anywhere else in the city.

Went there with my family for skating, hot chocolate, and to see the Christmas lights. It was amazing and will be part of our annual Christmas traditions!

Great place to spend the day, the Christmas market is the best.

This is one of Calgary's must see landmarks. Started by the Southern family in 1975, the beautiful grounds are well maintained and guests are always welcome - but you should really go when a competition is on! In winter there is a beautiful light display and a Calgary famous Christmas market.

Sad to see our favourite horse jumping field gone, but very excited about the new addition of Cavalry Soccer to this beautiful facility.

I ve attended the Christmas market here twice now and am super impressed. The staff is very friendly, the event is well organized, and the selection of vendors is terrific. I look forward to visiting again in the coming years!

I like to go there with my family for a nice evening walk. Christmas market was good. And you have got to see Christmas lights, it's free ))

My absolutely favorite place to watch the National Horse Jumping.
Have gone for years and love this every time I attend. An amazing place to shop, have a bite to eat and share an exciting time with folks from every corner of the world!!
