Sprouts Farmers Market Reviews

While the food selection is good, I have never seen a group of people more devoid of personality. They never smile or make eye contact. They just ring up and take money. They dont greet you as you arrive at the register and it feels like there is no interest in the customers.

In another instance, we were specifically looking for jalepenos and asked the produce guy where they were, but he had no idea. Eventually we found what appeared to be jalapenos but they were behind a sign for an entirely different type of pepper. There was no price on them either. We got a bagful and went to the counter. At any other grocery store they do jalepenos by weight, but apparently sprouts does it by each. Since there was no sign we were not aware of this. We stood in line to check out and when the checkout person got the bag and she asked how many there were I told her I had no idea, I had never had to count them. She huffed and loudly said you are SUPPOSED to count them - in front of other customers in line. If I didnt need them I would have just walked out. But I was actually shocked to have been spoken to like that as a customer, I didnt know what to say. She finally guessed at the number and rang us up. I am always very friendly and an understanding patron, but these ongoing negative experiences are making me think that I need to find the few items I get at Sprouts at some other chain.

This is a decent Sprouts. I still prefer the one on Alma School and Queen Creek. The employees are more helpful there.

Additional measures to keep produce safe (extra packaging) was implemented; great!

I like everything Sprouts has except I'm not a fan of new gummy bears and bananas usually go bad quick.

Best local grocery store for organic and more healthy foids.

Great selection of organic and natural food. Plus they have bulk seeds and nuts and other dry foods.

stopped and got a sandwich and drink. pretty similar to other sprouts mkts I have visited. food was fresh and good for the price. go and try it

Thought the prices were higher then I expected. I bought a bottle of peanut oil it had something floating in it so I took it back.

I like the quality and price of Sprouts produce. It is my top source for these items. The meat and dairy departments are pretty good too. I also love that they don't make us wait in long lines to check out.

First time I did the online order and pick-up which was short and sweet. Not only was it easy, but the employee was friendly and quick. Will definitely recommend it.

Good customer service and low prices for high-quality produce. The meat counter is a little expensive in comparison to other places.

Wonderful shopping area. Clean, everyone masked up including customers. Fruits and vegetables so very fresh with great savings on selected items.
