I cannot believe that I let Sprout Financial MISLEAD ME and offered me multiple forms of financing for real estate investing and ended up in debt. I had to pay $4,268.44 for a company to impersonate me to apply for credit cards and the experience left me in debt, during the time I was in an out of a hospital due to a serious illness, it did not meet my expectation of getting cash/funds to flip houses. Over multiple conversations, Sprout s CSR told me they would reach out to banks about loans and let me know how much I would be approved for and I would have to pay 11% of interest rates AFTER using the funds. In multiple conversations, I confirmed they were applying for loans and that I would have to pay 11% IF I USE THE FUNDS. I remember during one of my last conversation, that Sprout s CSR told me that my "cards" were in the mail. At that point, I found out that they had applied for several credit cards in my name. I still remember that they were applying for LOANS not credit cards. In recorded phone conversations I was initially told that loan would be exactly like home equity line of credit and that is how it was explained, NOT CREDIT CARD. They then state that they liquidate credit cards to make line of credit. When asked about the liquidation process, they told me to pay them first and they could give me more information of how transforming the credit cards into cash. WHAT A SCAM! I still don t know what I was thinking when I gave permission to Sprout Financial create a fake email and use my personal information to apply for credit cards and charge me 11% of the approved amount. After all, I had numerous inquiries into my credit score, approved for 5 credit cards and not close to the amount I qualified for/requested. It was a waste of time and money working with this company. Some cards were as low as $2,000, which provides no help when trying to flip homes. I have cancelled those credit card applications myself and called Sprout requesting my money back, but I got no response from them. After 2 weeks of no return from them, I am here to let everyone know what kind of service they offer. If I wanted credit cards, I would have done myself.

Michael was very thorough up front. I did not get the $50 - $75k that was indicated. I received less but it is enough to help me build. This process takes all the applications and time off your plate. As a brand new business owner even I'm aware of time is money. Thank you Michael! I actually enjoyed the process!!!

Randy Hauer walked me through the process to obtain a loan through Sprout Financial. He is very professional and knows the questions to ask to get the answers he needs to move me through the loan process. Very courteous and friendly. I will refer him to others who are looking for funding.

I was assisted at first by Chris Delgado, who did a fine job of explaining the process to me. I asked a lot of questions early on, because I didn't understand that Sprout is not the lending source, but instead is an intermediary to help you get funds from credit card companies. I bumped my credit score up a little by paying down a couple of debts, as Chris instructed me to do. After that, I got approved for even a little more than the $25K - $50K range that was estimated, so I was satisfied. After Chris, I was passed over to Ashley McCarty and Mariah Gallegos, to guide me in how to manage my cards, and to discuss liquidating cash off of those cards. Ashley and Mariah were very courteous and helpful.
All in all, this has been an educational process for me, and I don't regret using Sprout. I would warn, though, that Sprout probably isn't the best solution for everyone...

Sprout did a wonderful job for me by going over and above to acquire the credit desired as well as keeping me in the loop all the way along. Would definitely use them again!

Tami at Sprout did the best job of lining up a lender to do a successful business line of credit. I'd recommend Tami and Sprout Financial for any financial matters. They actually made this normally hesitant area of business enjoyable and fun.

So i found and called Sprout and the same day i signed up which was quite easy and simple and i am now on my way to get back my business in it`s previous condition Sprout Financial and its staff took great care of me

I wish there was a 0 star. Please don't work with these people. After filled out their application I received an email saying that I got preapproved for $50000. Well I was very excited and decided to move forward with the application, and after couple of days I received another email saying that they got me approved for only $2000, which is 4% of the pre approved amount. What struck me most is not the amount that they approved me for, but the hard inquiries that they pulled on my credit. And guess how many? There was 7 hard inquires, just to get $2000. What they did was that they applied for credit cards, with each bank pulling a hard inquires. I've received 2 credit cards for the amount of $1000 each. Basically, they applied for 7 credit cards on behalf of me and 5 of them were rejected, and 2 were approved for the amount of $2000 total. This is ridiculous. In addition to that, their website says that there is a 0% interest for 12 months. Believe me it is all lies. After they approved me for $2000 of credit lines, they charged me 15% of that, which would be $300 for their service. Please don't work with these people, they are not a financial institution, but a third party that focuses on ruining people's lives. I've experienced this, and I don't wish even on my worst enemy to experience the same. This is terrible.

As long as you listen and actually do the steps they recommend you do, this company is actually one of the easiest and cheapest places to get funding through. Where else can you pay a fee AFTER you get money? And there is only ONE time you ever pay them. The only "up front" cost is 1$ and that's only if you don't already have your own credit report. Sprout has been around for a few years and has an A+ with BBB. Obviously the bad reviews on here are form persons who either had bad credit and are upset they couldn't get money or they simply did not listen when speaking to someone from this company. If you have a decent score and don't have a bunch of messed up stuff of your credit report they WILL get you money. Its fast, simple, and they keep you informed all the way through granted they are a bit repetitive so I don't understand how any one could not know whats going on.

This place started hitting my bank account for 39.99/mo after applying for a loan. I have canceled it through their customer service line 4 times now, yet it keeps hitting my account TWICE a month now.

Sprout was reliable thanks to Chris for getting me funded.

was preapproved tried to get loan and service there was bad. the dude i spoke to was rude and aggressive with me. they wanted me to do all this stuff and then i didnt even get approved for what they said. its a scam

I also wish there was a zero star rating! I explained to them my entire situation of how I wanted to move to the south and start a business or two. They 1st DID NOT reccomend opening business lines under an LLC. Instead they said sure, we can help you get up to $50-$100k. So I took the shiny glittery thing hanging off of the fish pole and said yay. They 2nd DID about 10- 12 hard inquiries just to get me $12,000 approved.

So I then move to the south and start a few businesses with the $12,000. 6 months later I used the whole $12,000 and have business income comming from it. Low an behold my scredit score tanked! The purchases were not recognized as business purchases and my personal credit now has 100% utilization! Of course I shoulda learned that before doing business with them. But they could have educated me instead of taking easy bait for their 10% ($1,200) paycheck. Smfh! I highly reccomend that you avoid them at all cost!

I worked with Chris Delgado, I was not aware that the funding they offered was through credit cards until the very end of the process. I was not able to get the number that we had set out upon, but I was aware that that might be the case. Also my credit score, which I worked very hard to get to 800, was trashed because of all the hard pulls and is now under 630. The funds are very hard to access and require fees every time you want to access them. It is 0% interest and they do keep track of the funds in a very organized fashion which is nice.

Fast, easy, painless process. Happy with the results

Got cold-called from an agent working for leads for these guys. They called me on a cell number listed on the National Do-not-call registry. Basically they re using boiler rooms to generate leads. I called and nobody there apparently could answer as to why they are cold-calling numbers on the NDC registry and didn t really seem to care.

Fantastic service. Helped us to get funded very quickly, which allowed us to move to the next steps in our business.

Daniel has been an excellent account manager so far, answering all my questions and putting in the time to make sure I understand the complete financial process.

The good the bad and the ugly.

Good we got a large credit line.
The bad, we got them all in credit cards instead of the Unsecured Bank Lines we were asking for and specified we wanted. Credit Tanked and now are told by commercial lenders we need to close the lines to repair credit for 3-6 months seasoning.

Also, the agent in charge of our experience called at 7:00pm and asked us to sign documents via docusign I believe was the software. DON'T.

Specify what you want, make sure they understand and then still confirm.

Matt Turner got me a loan very quickly and it was painless. Now I can get my operation that will save my leg...

Impossible to get in touch with under going the credit ready program no word since before thanksgiving when you call you wait and it goes to voicemail . And good luck with them calling you back avoid !!

I just want to start by saying that I've been in the finance and real estate business for 17 years. Sadly, I got unlucky, and got paired up with Chris Delgado. He was cold, unresponsive, and always seemed bothered by having to do any work or communication. He's the single worst financial related unprofessional I've worked with in stocks, real estate, finance, banking, etc in two decades. Although I'm "Approved" for financing, I'm declining moving forward because the process seems profoundly shady. I proactively asked what are the fees for each loan? I got a vague answer and Chris refused to communicate clearly, or proactively. I finally asked for it in writing. He never would send anything in writing that disclosed the fees, which feels deceptive & fraudulent. Also, his exact last words to me were that now "I had to accept their mandatory credit repair process before I can proceed", despite the fact that I had removed, and had, and provided proof, that there were ZERO collections or late payments on my account. He had the same amount of information with the first pull of my credit, but the narrative kept changing. When he clarified that I "Had to use their credit restoration services in order to get approved" I was done. Sometimes you experience companies where you can just feel like you were treated poorly, disrespected, and ignored. Sorry Sprout Financial, you should have called me back. I tried to let an execute know about my concerns, or a manager, but no one called me back. I should have expected that I guess. It all starts at the top.

As my wife and I started to develop and design our own Real Estate Investing business we needed financial capital to launch our business. We looked at several options and after speaking with Sprout Financial their program and customer service was heads above the rest. We are now three months after starting the process and we are fully up and running with the help of the Sprout Team! If you are looking for Financial Solutions you need to reach out to Sprout Financial.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They told me they would get me my lines of credit quickly. It took over a month and a half for us to get all of our cards, was called and updated the first week and then never got anymore updates from them. Continued to call them to get updates and no return. Then I was told I would get the liquidation done for the full amounts on my cards and after I paid their fee they said I can't get the full amount off my card. So I paid 9.99% to a company to apply for credit cards that I could have done myself, and tell me how to not get all the money off of my cards. Worthless company to work with. Recommend gong with anybody else. It'll save you time, money and headaches.

The only things I didn't like were not having direct access to all of the correspondence with the companies, and it turned out they weren't able to get me as much money as we (they and I) had hoped for.
