They delivered the wrong color bed on 6/4. At first was told that they had it in stock and would be a quick swap but now both Sales and Customer Service are not responsive. We also had issues with the dresser drawers not opening/closing properly, but they are sending a technician out this week to try and fix it.

The store was everything you need in a furniture store. The staff was friendly and helpful without being smothering. The product selection is great. I looked all over town and found exactly what I was looking for at this store. The delivery crew was amazing. They were nice, on time, quick and very careful of my home and flooring. Very happy with my new couch.
Updated to make more current: Have been very pleased with Sprintz customer service, sales people (special shout out to Ms Teresa Sparks at White Bridge store!), and delivery people. Over the past year-and-a-half, bought, first of all, a recliner just after my spring 2020 double mastectomy, and I still practically live in that thing. This year I got some more much needed new living room furniture. The final piece, the new sofa, was just delivered, and I m very happy with it all. My son also got a brand new mattress set delivered back in August. Everything is wonderful and comfy! Thanks, Sprintz, for the great service! Terrible customer service. Walked around the store for nearly an hour. All the sales reps sat at their desks, chatted and laughed. One even walked by me and wouldn t even acknowledge me. We had picked out a leather sofa and chair ourselves. We were ready to buy, but no help. I guess this store or their employees didn t need the $8,000 we were going to spend. Go elsewhere

It was such a great experience shopping with Sprintz, from selecting our sectional with Karen and the delivery men who brought our sofa in, we can't say enough great things.

We ordered this chest and it arrived on time as expected, the delivery was great. We have been working with Sprintz over the years and have always had great service on and of the showroom.
Shopping in the showroom was great. We felt like we got a great deal. Loved the bedroom set. We were super excited. Then it all went downhill. We were waiting on our house closing date to set up delivery. So about a week after purchase, we reached out to set up a delivery date. We heard back initially with a date that did not work for us and after replying and giving options that we would be available for, we did not get a reply for a full week. I called 2-3 times. Emailed 2-3 times and nothing. After 1 week, I called the store and talked directly to the delivery department and got delivery set up. After our bed was delivered, we discovered that the delivery employees put the bed together wrong. The bed rail is upside down. Which, not a huge deal but they stripped the screws and now we cannot take it back apart to correct their mistake. This was not a cheap purchase and we are highly disappointed.
Is this a used furniture store? We ordered a sectional and when we went to pick it up the boxes seemed fine (no damage, matching numbers with our order number).
However, once we unboxed the sectional is not in line with the product number and clearly used. We have pictures of unboxing to find peanuts. Not packing peanuts but chewed, used peanuts. What?!
After I tried contacting the sales representative, manager, and support line the best I could get is a voicemail.
So I ask - is this really high end furniture and service.
After speaking with the manager Lynette, the only redemption was to exchange the couch for a second model. No acknowledgment of their misdoings or offer to gain our business back. This pseudo-elitist furniture line has lost our business indefinitely.
