I attended this college for exactly five months, and I decided to leave because I lost interest in the classes that I took, and I didn't have the interest to have a major career. An education for myself would have been very important, and I had the capability to work with subjects if I was committed to the work that I was doing, but I didn't have the interest, so I decided to be a writer instead. I also left the college because I was treated carelessly by many students, and I was treated the same way in high school, so I didn't want to continue spending more time in an environment where I would continue to be disregarded. If you are committed to getting an education, then it is all a matter of interest for what your career is, and it's up to anyone for what they want best, but even if I don't have a high education, I still have moral education from my potential to be a writer. I do recommend this college for anyone, but I hoped that the students would have been more sincere and polite, then I would have stayed there.
The parking is terrible, it's a very liberal school, AND they're now mandating vaccines for students going indoors. I'm sorry, but these students are PAYING for an education! Not for vaccine mandates to be shoved down their throats! I used to have high mad respect for this school, but they took that away as soon as I heard about their stupid vaccine mandates there. This school is full of democrats, full of Inslee & Biden supporters who are screwing up this whole education system big time!
I attended a few classes here a long time ago. I needed to get the transcripts rather quickly because the deadline for University admissions is closing in. When I visited the office the lady that helped me proceeded to treat me like dirt. I asked if the document would be in an envelope and if they needed the address I was sending it to and she proceeded to mansplain transcripts ("this is the paper its going to go on after I feed it into the printer"). From the perspective of someone who works in higher education...if I were a student and had to be mansplained to every time in needed to speak to registration/financial aid/cashiering...I would complain to her boss. The lady that checked me in was wonderful though!
Nice campus lots of nature spread out but not bad for a walk or jog location.
I went and voted for the first time in my life at the drive-up voting ballot they have set up super easy there wasn't anyone in line so I recommend going there and doing that
Great school I went many years ago and now I just got my vacation there !
SPSCC is a great campus, but the parking is awful and asking questions to One Stop is a hit or miss. The professors make up for it though, they are good and care deeply about educating and helping their students. I find myself often going to my professors for help and advice more than anyone else. 4 out of 5.
