Nice rooms, great service. Kids enjoyed the pool. The free breakfast was good, can't go wrong with a waffle makers! Our room had the toilet and the shower separated, each with nice looking sliding barn doors. Only issue was that they didn't have any way to lock those doors and there was a small gap between the wall and door (possible eye contact with curious kids and yourself while you're taking care of business). Other than that, it was a great stay.

2 men who work here barged into my room when I was naked in the shower to spot clean the pee floor I told front desk about instead of waiting after I checked out!!! Naked in MY ROOM 2 MEN WTH is wrong with this place... Not to mention price gouging showing 166 per night and charging $306! Pee floors dirty counters no non pet rooms for handicap and flat bed trucks parked in Wheelchair accessible ONLY parking! This place is managed poorly.

- Had to ask the front desk three times for housekeeping, and didn't come. Finally asked the housekeeper herself (who said she had no notice from the front desk but helped us anyway while we sat outside our room.)
- Front desk didn't greet us with any enthusiasm during any of our entrances or exits over our two day stay. Didn't even look up to acknowledge us. Reception 101 guys, comon.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. They kept everything really clean. Our room was nice and the bed was comfy. Looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel is a standard Springhill, but the staff is not standard. They are wonderful and have gone the extra mile to make us feel welcome! Tammy and Nicole were amazing, happy hour meals and hospitality were out of this world. Thank you from the Bridger team!

Excellent customer service! We stayed July 6-8 and despite an unexpected event, it was handled with sensitivity and professionalism. We'll definitely be staying here again when the time comes.

This stay was very pleasant. Was in town for a show at the Gorge Amphitheatre and had the pleasure of staying here. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything you'd want in terms of hospitality. The views are amazing, it was my first time in this part of Washington. My favorite was Rachel at the bar. We got in before our reservation was ready,so naturally we went to drink, but Rachel made sure to take care of us and make us feel right at home before we went got all set up. The bar stools could be a little taller but the service was great. The indoor pool and fitness center were a complete unexpected bonus. Health is wealth y'all, take advantage of it.

The staff was friendly and fun. The complimentary cookies were the bomb and we had a great time enjoying our 1 hour reserved time in the pool/hot tub with the kiddos. We even got breakfast an hour late and they were happy to accomodate us to meet our needs. A great place to stay with affordable pricing. Thanks Marriott for making our adventure more relaxing and easy going.

This is a really great hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was nice. They also had a variety of foods for breakfast. It was a lot of fun splashing in the pool and I would love to come here again.

Very nice room. We had plenty of swinging room. It's nice the t.v. could be viewed in the living space instead of bedroom. I always wake up earlier than my husband so it's nice to not disturb him.
