Receptionist could not give direct responses to questions nor did she even attempt.to ask anyone else in order to gain more information for me in my process. Every staff I came in contact with have the vibe as if I was burdening them when trying to get clarity as to what I needed to get accomplished so I could find out if approved for services. I call several times being told I would receive a call back and did not for 3 weeks even as I continued calling. Received a call back after services had been completed. I did not find anything about the service I received to be professional, forth coming or helpful.

Not much help to you. They were uninformed about clients and their needs. Got the run around from the ppl there. No help at all

The free computer course is beneficial. I appreciate the staff and the system for their greatness. There are many opportunities that one can grab by the help and support of such institutions. Hats off!!

Never spoke with anyone except the Secretary. Her communication and public skill was lack luster at best. My whole opinion of the business changed when inter
