Officers don't conduct thorough investigations, even if they do eventually get both sides of the story, they are biased and only charge or give tickets to people they don't like. Absolute, complete, inbusiles.

YOU get all the,information finds the truck, address of the person, complete tag number, name, photos , gives it to the police department and they tell he will only get a citation, but then they cannot contact this person! But you hit a deer you get a big fine for failure to maintain your vehicle! How is this right?????? Just saying! Thank you SOD. FOR NOTHING

Officer took m6 complaint, treated me with respect and kindness.
I was rear ended by a driver in a work truck and the officer did not issue the other driver a citation. I called the Springdale Police Department and left a message for the officer so I could understand how you rear end someone and not get a ticket. That is a handy skill.
A year ago I was hit by an unlicensed driver traveling so fast down a 25mph street she totalled my SUV. I was told I "had to receive a ticket" since "someone" had to be at fault.
So, which is it? Do you have to issue a citation to the person at fault or not? Or does it depend who is getting the ticket? If someone is keeping score, the white women received a ticket. The white man did not receive a ticket. The unlicensed foreigner received a ticket for not having a license but not for speeding. Maybe the system is if one party gets a ticket, everyone gets a ticket? Is it because I had insurance? Are you trying to run up statistics against women drivers specifically? To make our insurance go up? Do I look like I can afford a ticket? Is it because I have a clean driving record and the driver who hit me can't afford any more points?
Officers in both incidents were white males for the record.
There is a reason for every action and I gave the officer an opportunity to present a reasonable, well thought out explanation. I will not be brushed off, ignored. I will absolutely share my story with every person and outlet available until I am satified. Or until I get a refund for the citation I promptly paid without question. Or until someone decides to do the right thing.
The result is this - every time I would have given an officer some grace in a situation because of the difficult nature of the job, I will instead lean toward suspicion and prejudice against the the officer. Also expect me to fight any and all citations issued by the Springdale Police Department and I will encourage every other citizen to do the same since citations are apparently issued at an officer's discretion.
I saw an officer pull someone over on the way home and I wanted to yell, "He doesn't have to give you a ticket!"

They often stop by the schools and talk to the kids even stopping by parks or when people are just walking and playing
Seen our policeman at work in springdale hey boys u did a great job Friday evening at 412 by Sueon cafe my son saw. Him pitch dope out before crossing 412 told police they pick it up great job
After avoiding the police and Springdale all together for 15 years I finally gave up and turned myself in the police eere awesome and very polite considering what I'd done in the past and the new judge gave me time served for over 15 years and cut my finesore than 1/2!
I was picking on my brother at waffle house one night and was being cantankerous with him he paid for my meal and pretended to be mad and wrestling around a bit while we walked to the hotel. The waffle house called police they responded quick to ensure my brothers safety good police.
SPD should stand for "Springdale Police are Di***" they cannot get addresses correct in an EMS Call, nor can they help with other matters, including theft of property. They're a bunch of jack-aases working for an hourly wage, & that's pretty much it!
Police deserve great amounts of respect. They go through hell every single day with unexpected turn of events. I respect the police department.
Never in my life have I been threatened by a cop, maybe one bad apple. But I'm a second class citizen who was threatened by a police sergeant that if I do as I please in my backyard he will personally arrest me. I've lived in springdale over 13 years.
I'm a law-abiding adult and I depend on police to help my family if we are in trouble. Good people doing their jobs even if it gives them a bad rep.
It has become irrelevant, that people with family, friends and/or any type of association with anybody in the force. Or hold positions of interest. Use such relationships on a unfair manner for there own interests and advantages.

Terrible department. Purchased a burger at McDonald s and sat down enjoying my 1/4 pounder meal until a employee said I couldn t eat in with my meal, um I just paid for it and yes I will eat it here. So they called the fine special police to back them up, all over a meal McDonald s sold me. What a joy for some cops that can t tie their shoe laces. Cheers!
I made a call about a attempted break-in and officer was at my door within 5 minutes to take my report. He treated me with respect and honest concern.
