								We have developed proprietary platforms for target identification, compound screening, and lead optimization. These platforms enable us to rapidly screen large libraries of compounds against multiple targets in parallel, allowing us to identify promising candidates quickly.

								2. Inflammation: Chronic inflammation has been implicated in many age-related diseases including Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's disease (PD), arthritis etc.
								3. Metabolism: Age-associated metabolic changes contribute significantly towards various chronic diseases like diabetes mellitus type 2 (T2DM), obesity etc.
								4. Epigenetics: Epigenetic modifications play an important role in regulating gene expression during development but also during ageing processes leading towards various chronic disorders like cancer etc.
								5.Immunosenescence : Immunosenescence refers specifically to age-associated changes within the immune system which leads towards increased susceptibility towards infections ,cancer etc .
								
								By targeting these areas with precision medicine approaches ,we aim at developing novel therapeutics which could potentially delay or prevent onset of these chronic disorders .
								
								Our Pipeline
								
								Spring Discovery has several programs underway aimed at developing novel therapeutics targeting senescence ,inflammation ,metabolism,epigenetics & immunosenescence . Our lead program focuses on senolytics - drugs designed specifically target senescent cells - which are implicated in many age-related conditions including osteoarthritis ,Alzheimer’s disease & cardiovascular disease . 
								
								We also have programs focused on developing small molecule inhibitors against key inflammatory pathways involved in neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s Disease & Parkinson’s Disease . 
								
								In addition ,we are working on identifying small molecules capable of modulating epigenetic marks associated with ageing processes leading towards various cancers .
								
								Finally our pipeline includes programs aimed at identifying small molecules capable of rejuvenating immune system function thereby reducing risk from infections,cancers etc .
