Spring Creek Pharmacy Reviews

I ve been ill for several years, as a result I take and have taken numerous proscriptions. On Medicare disability it was always a challenge to afford both medications, doctors expenses and living expenses. I was also numb from the lack of professionalism, customer service and frankly common courtesy I experienced at the chain store pharmacies. It never mattered how many years I d been a loyal customer, how many thousands of dollars I d spent there, I d change my pharmacy from one chain to another through the years with basically more of the same indifference, and as service became alarmingly absent, prices kept steadily rising. But, as I m sure many with chronic illnesses as me can attest to, we just give in, believing all pharmacies now a days are the same caliber, praying I could afford all my prescriptions for the month, not picking them up if I couldn t afford it. ....then a most fantastic, frankly unbelievable thing occurred, my doctor s office, Recommended I try Spring Creek Pharmacy- now I will admit, this review was delayed because I wanted to make sure what I was experiencing wasn t a fluke , that the absolute fabulous service, professionalism and frankly kindness wasn t just reserved for new customers, same with their unbelievably low prices, I still haven t figured that one out, but I definitely am not complaining about it!!! I m pleasantly surprised with their personal approach, yea they actually remember you and they will take their time discussing new meds, better options that are cheaper, and obtain over the counter items for you too. you truly can feel their appreciation for your patronage of their pharmacy. these months I ve been with them, none of it has changed!! The only negative I can say, is I wished I had started using them a lot sooner!!! It would have saved me a lot of money and aggravation!! I m sorry this is so long, I rarely ever do reviews, but that s how much I admire and appreciate this pharmacy!! Never thought I d ever say that about a pharmacy!! Lol I don t see myself ever changing to anywhere else!! I wish there were more than 5 stars, yea they really are that great!! They are truly a breath of fresh air, in a time where it s hard to breath. The absolute cherry on top of all this, is they also deliver your medication to your door, or mail it to you for a small fee.

This pharmacy was recommended by my doctor at starling clinic, which is next door to this place. Good service. highly recommend

Cindy and the other pharmacists are always so helpful. I had a time when I needed to stay in the car( before COVID ) because the baby fell asleep. She was more than happy to bring my prescription out to me so that I didn t have to wake her. Amazing staff and service and now in the COVID era practicing safety in every way but not compromising on service. Amazing job.

Absolutely love this pharmacy. Cindy is amazing. In and out in a mins and if you're a cash patient you can get small quantities of med at time. Plus cheap as all else

This pharmacy is terrific, the staff is really nice, and they will go out there way to help you. They have the best price around, they are small and family owned, we need more place like this, they really appericate our business, they must be doing it right if they are able to survive with giants like Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens on very corner, we need to do everything we can help persevere the small family owned businesses that made this country great.

On August 25 my husband came in after calling to confirm that the pharmacy could indeed fill my script. We were told that you could which is why we choose this pharmacy. However, when he got there he was then told you could only fill 90 of the 180 pills and he should come back for the rest. He was charged for the whole script, bottle was marked for the whole script but was only given half. When I came back for the rest I was told she didn't remember doing that. There were no notes that she had done that and now I do not have the medicine I need and I can only assume the pharmacist kept the pills either for herself or to sell privately. Very disappointed.

After filing a complaint both on here and with the Better Business Bureau I received a call from the pharmacist that she found the rest of my prescription and that I could come pick it up which I did. I signed a hand written paper on a yellow tablet that I received the remaining 100 pills.

Thankful she "remembered" and "located" my script.

Additionally, on the Saturday that I went to pick up my second half of the script (when I was told they didn't remember doing that) the store opened 15 minutes late and while I was waiting for the store to open another patron said that they were closed 2 other week days that week without any notice or explanation.

10/26: today I received a call from the pharmacist explaining that she was very unhappy that I would leave such a horrible review where all her patrons could read it. She said she wanted me to take down my review or change it or she would be given no choice but to reply to the post with a picture showing my signature where the other half of the script was actually picked up.

Yes, I finally received the rest of the script I paid for, but not without being notified by the BBB that they had already contacted the pharmacy to rectify the situation, not before making 3 trips to the pharmacy to get what I called ahead to ask if they could fill and being told they could fil the entire order.

And to the pharmacist, post whatever reply you'd like - with whatever picture you would like. The truth is the truth.

STILL VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PHARMACY!!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!

I prefer individually owned pharmacies because there is no service like that of a family of people that know one another and know their customers and also do not have these draconian rules that the chains, with a high turnover of employees, like CVS, Walgreens, etc. have started recently. Especially these days now that we have an Attorney General who has the temerity to say things about prescribing certain medicines when he has not suffered as much as some of us and is not even a medical professional. The pharmacy chains have actually followed suit with him so they should be stayed away from just for that alone. The insurance companies are just as much to blame too. It is enough to make this guy sick to my stomach it is so cruel. Carol, Cindy and her staff will treat you just as if they were treating their own family in my humble opinion.

Even if it's not the convenience of multiple locations and extended hours, I highly recommend this local pharmacy over any big chain pharmacy!! They treat you like an actual human instead of another number, and they have really good prices.
