Ivonne DeLaRosa was absolutely amazing in assisting me with financial aid. She listened to my health concerns and reassured me that she would get me taken care of, and lived up to her promise. She is a person who truly cares about others. She empathized with me and showed me professional courtesy and respect I'm so glad I reached out to this clinic.
Once my appointment was mad everything was quick and professional. Everyone in the clinic was friendly and nice. They made you feel comfortable and at ease. What can I say they did a great job. You can tell they like what they do. I recommend them 100%. On top of that the clinic was very clean.
I had a over the phone session with the therapist. It was wonderful. I had never had therapy before in my life but I felt some kind of relief talking to this person and feeling that someone understands and knows what I'm going through. You don't have to feel alone or think you're crazy to have therapy, we all need some kind of therapy of someone telling us or finding the reason why we're feeling this way.
I've been going to the pitner clinic for 2 yes..my favorite Dr is Dr Bonaparte..she always listens and has me on all the right medication..I luv Dr Bonaparte and the whole staff there
Dental staff is great!!! Rachel Tran has the most gentle manner and compassion. She has been taking very good care of me for almost a year and I would recommend her to anyone. I drive far but it's ok. I don't want to lose my teeth and I am 67 years old.
Dr. Terri was great answered my 100 questions , left the office very happy, staff was very nice and patient except from the insurance specialist. She was just a lil rude . Overall I would recommend Dr. Harris very nice and honest.
Everything is clean and in order. The attention always is excellent. I really appreciate the services we received!

I came to this clinic today for my eye problem Doctor.Robeye was not understanding when I asked for eye drops instead she was trying to convince me for ointment I used drops before was more comfortable using them but still she was not trying to hear it then I come to pick up the proscription she didn t even send it now I m here with my infection in my eye.
Great doctors and staff here but the patient-doctor relationship that should be established, doesn't exist. I feel like the doctors have way too many patients to be attentive to your care and needs like I would expect a PCP to be. You hardly get to ask questions before they are out of the room, and on to the next patient. I'm going to continue to go until I can find a better replacement.
