I have a special needs child (age 4) that is a patient with Spring & Sprout and the staff is absolutely AMAZING with him. He gains more confidence every time he goes there. He wouldn't even sit in the seat alone at first, now, he got his first set of x-rays and sits in the seat on his own. The staff is so patient and understanding. We LOVE this place.
Just took my daughter today for the first time. Staff was very friendly even my daughter told me she loved going there and that they were so nice. Hygienist took her time to explain to my daughter how to properly brush and floss. They were great! Highly recommended.

Service the first time was alright. The second time my daughter did not like being there . They were not Nurturing to her. The front service was rude, well the lady with glasses in the exit side. The dentist assistant that took me back didn t even care to speak to us or be sweet to my daughter to make her experience good. She s the girl w black scrubs , dark hair and ponytail . I would take my services somewhere else where my child would be cared for.
Used to really like it here, but I am currently looking elsewhere to take my daughter. It has gone downhill since the new dentist started. She barely even looked at my daughter s teeth and is not very friendly either.
I took my 4 years old son to this clinic today to do two cavities. They are so kind and very friendly with kids. My little son is not scared to go to the dentist anymore. Thank you so much for giving us time and for being kind and patient with him!
My daughter was a patient for a short time few years ago, and once she was comfortable she then was being seen by the doctors at the dental office I work for. Needles to say I was extremely impressed years ago and recently she needed her last baby tooth removed in order for her to start Invisalign. The office got us in super fast. They were extremely patient and professional from the from desk to the back. She is 12 with some anxiety of the dentist so she needed laughing gas and they were so kind to her and patient and comforting knowing she was a little nervous. Thank you !
The dentist who was there, moved out of state. I was leary of my daughter seeing the new dentist ... Considering I did a ton of research ... And saw that she doesn't really stay in one location long ... Kind of a job hopper. I figured I would give her a chance, so we went. She came into the office very soft spoken. Sat down to "check" my daughter's teeth after her cleaning. She literally poked 3 teeth with the pick, said any questions??? ... I said can you tell me how her front teeth are doing??? ... The last dentist ALWAYS gave me an update on how many degrees her teeth have straightened since last visit. Her reply was ... They look good they will straighten more when the big molars come in. Said see you in 6 months and left. I felt she did nothing when she came in ... And NEVER even looked up her teeth from last visit ... This was her first visit with my child ... So how can she say looks fine??? ... We did schedule a 6 month but will be cancelling and going elsewhere. Sad because we used to love this place.
These guys have been taking care of my kid teeth for a while now... Great staff
It used to be a pretty good place to take my kids. They have went downhill over the past year or so and due to staff incompetence of not properly documenting our new phone numbers costed our kids their appointment and now we can't find anywhere else to take them until August. We were sent an appointment reminder by email just a couple days ago and not notified that the appointment was canceled due to staff issues until we came for our appointment.
