They are putting the cabinets in our house that is currently being built in Wildwood, Fl. Although the house is not finished and the cabinets are not in, James was at the house doing measurements when we went to see how construction was coming along. He was awesome! Took time out of his busy day to answer all of our questions and was very helpful! 5 stars for a first impression! Hopefully more good to come!

HORRIBLE customer service! They came out 5 different times to fix one of our cabinet doors. Each time WE had to call them back to schedule. We were told the office would call, but they never did.

We had them scheduled a 6th time to hopefully replace the warped door that we had, but they called to say they can't get that door anymore and they will not be coming back. They are doing absolutely NOTHING to fix our cabinet and told us they won't.

I would highly recommend you find some other company that actually has integrity. I have found none at Spraggins.

Horrible customer service, you have to call them to make appointments when they are suppose to call me and schedule. Then when you make the appointment they don't show. Finally, they drive to our house in Lakeland to fix our shower, took the shower apart just to say oops we don't even have the correct tile to even fix the shower. So why you put a hole in my shower before checking if you can even fix it??These people are foolish, don't waste your time. Been 2 weeks and we are still waiting for our shower to be fixed with no communication from this company.

If I could give them zero stars I would. One year warranty and poor customer service.

Where do I start? I have a brand new home (built in 2017) in Riverview and we decided to go with vinyl flooring throughout our home. The first thing I noticed was that the floor wasn t cut properly and there were places that were not glued correctly. The second thing there is a huge foundation line across my house. They have been horrible to get in contact with, they never return calls, they don t show up when they are scheduled to and have overall very poor customer service. The house is less than two years old with flooring issues as early as the move in and because a year has transpired they will no longer honor their warranty and address the issues that have been present from the beginning. I tried to get this resolved and was told that I can get my floor replaced at my-own cost. If they give me a better resolution to this issue I will update my review.

We recently had counter top installed by this company, they turned out beautiful, want to thank PAUL BORONAT for his attention to detail, during the installation, he went over and above our expectations!!!!!!! Highly recommend Paul

Look no further for cheap work! I live in the Tampa Bay area and have a brand new home which was finished in May 2017. Spraggins was the contractor hired to work with KB Home.

The work that was done by their contracting team was malicious, careless, and very disappointing.

When I moved into my home I noticed a +2ft gash coming from my bar, that someone thought would be OK to just glue in place and leave there.
In addition, they laid the floor in such a way that is was not even all the way to the baseboard in a spot in my home, so I can see the concrete foundation of my home.

The material they used was so thin and in addition to this, they did not level or clean my floor prior to installation. Literally, across my entire main level you can see the seam in the concrete foundation in my home.

Also, because they laid the floor over rocks and did not sweep, there are dozens of bumps in my floor that you can see from eye level! Some of these rocks even broke through my floor so you can see the concrete there as well now.

To add insult to injury, the have been impossible to work with to resolve the issue. We have had now 4 appointments schedule to get this fixed, that have all fallen through. Either coming 5 hours late, having the wrong materials, and not having enough materials.

Because the floor was so thin and showed these little rocks throughout my house, we all agreed the floor needed to be completely replaced. I asked to upgrade because the material itself was poor as well and everyone agreed on this, as well as a price and a date to replace the floors.

Well, the day of installation comes. I've taken time off work, moving my furniture out of my home, to only get a call several hours into my installation window that they did not order enough materials and the installation would not be happening today.

Later in the day I also get an e-mail that they misquoted the upgrade by 5K, so before they are going to do anything, I need to pay that too?

I have lost so much time on the phone, e-mailing, organizing, making time for appointments. They do not even having the respect to call me back now, just e-mailing me if I am lucky.

Homebuilders, KEEP AWAY. You will have poor customer service ratings and if they make a mistake, they are not willing to accept the mistake and just own up.

It's been six months now with these terrible floors and terrible communication.

Spraggins, do the right thing and replace my floors, promptly, correctly, and a the cost we agreed on.

I don't know about you, but if I was driving a company truck with the logo on the driver's door, I wouldn't reach out the window and flip people off on I-4. Very unprofessional.
