Horrible experience with Eric. He refuse to submit my parents app because they stated they are in process of getting a service dog for my disabled brother. He said it's there policy no dogs. I even stated to him it was against the law to discriminate against the disability and service dogs and that they could face a law suit. And his response was go ahead and sue. So expect a visit from my attorney

WARNING! be care dealing with Spot Realty. The owner David Wein is a character. I purchased a home that he had listed with another company, long story short his company is not respectful towards veterans, the employees he hire do "shotty" work and do take responsibility and ownership for their actions. I am a United States Marine Corps. Veteran. I am sure he has no regards towards servicemen and women so be prepared to deal with this individual accordingly...

Yes my family and I was anticipating on living at one of their properties and my son with a disability even picked out which room would be his and he was extremely excited when we were asked to go see Eric he went over their rental policy and he said that they don t accept pets I stated to Eric that my son was being matched with a service dog but we won t know the details until months from that we don t even have the dog yet and Eric said there is not yet no pets of any kind my husband told Eric that he thought that was against the law if in fact the dog is a service animal Eric said no that s for public businesses not for privately owned homes Eric needs to look up Michigan laws as it pertains to the subject matter otherwise spot realty will be faced with many lawsuit
