Sports Grill - Pembroke Pines Review

Wings wings wings! Traditional wings with special grill sauce is a must. Personally i like with bleu cheese.

Who knew this awesome spot was tucked away right off Pines. I've been in the area for 5 years and this was my first visit...based on how amazing the wings are (not to mention the super cool staff) it won't be my last! Google Map it and go!!!

I would say 3.5 stars actually. The special grill wings are good but the pricing at Sports Grill is getting ridiculous. Never have I NOT had celery served with wings. I asked for some after I did not get any and was charged .75 for it. Really? Who charges extra for that?! And $4 for a side of fries? Come on guys. And how do you NOT have any wing options for weekday lunch specials? Wings are what you're known for. Less greed needed here.

This place is a hidden gem. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff and were even offered a sample of their wings! Suzy, Kyle and the rest of the staff were amazing, warm and attentive. It was our first time there and everything we tried was terrific. The wings are a must try! Definitely give this place a visit. (This was from a previous visit and quality has significantly decreased.)

We were extremely disappointed! We had such high hopes since our last few visits were pretty good. Our food was brought out after a table that were sat and ordered after our party of four. My burger was WAY over cooked, I mean it's a 1/2 pound burger and I asked for medium. It came out extremely well-done but I was too hungry to send it back.

Would surely recommend trying out this place. Fantastic character, delightful food, excellent service. Fantastic work.

I give Sports Grill 4 stars not because their food or prices are the best, but because they really work hard to please their customers. The last time I went there was to pick up an order I made over the phone. My wife called me and told me how much the order should be because she'd looked online before I placed the order. When I went to pick the wings up the price was about twice as much as my wife had quoted. I explained to the manager that my wife had gotten her prices online. My wife sent me the link and I showed the manager. She explained that my wife was looking at an old page that should have been pulled down, but the manager honored the price for me and even gave me some discount coupons for the inconvenience. Customer service is key in my book.

The original place in Miami was great! This one not so much. Couple of not so great experiences and then we tried again. Wings were barely cooked and were not the sports grill wings I used to love.

PRO: Good grilled wings. Offers teacher discounts apparently on Tuesdays.

CONS: The prices are incredibly high for what you receive. The spinach artichoke dip is $8.39 before tax. It is about the size of a glass baby food jar and they cut one fresh tomato on top and serve it with yellow, green, and red tortillas chips from a bag (not fresh).
My latest experience was interesting . I was charge for the wrong table, a bill that was $90. And that was after I gave my card and saw my own receipt. They adjusted that but forgot to take the dip off my receipt so that also had to be adjusted. The money was taken from my bank account and it took several days to get the adjusted receipt money back.
When I called the same night to tell them they charge me the wrong price and it was not the address of receipt, the manager said to give it until midnight and it should change automatically in my bank account. It took several days for me to get that money back. Also I was not comped anything, I was not offered a coupon for the trouble, nothing.
Charged for a $90 bill because the receipt paper backed up and charged you the wrong table . Never knew that the machine chooses what to charge you and NOT THE PERSON RUNNING THE CARD.

They have alot of great drinks and the smoke fish dip is very good to.

I ve eaten here a few times and by far the best wings and baby back ribs in town!!! The service was also great too!

Expensive ...16 wings and a burger for TAKE OUT (no drinks and no tip) = $33

It's good food but if you go in with your wife and two kids...it's $80- $100

Bar food with slow service. Orders were incorrect, and/or forgotten. Dingy dirty feel to the building and furniture.

Goose and vodka, if I remember correctly, was $16. That sounds a little like South Beach pricing if you ask me.

Better off going down the street somewhere else. Great location but the food was inedible the two times I ve gone. Burgers come overcooked and cant ever get a order right. 1 of my 4 meals came as asked for.

Great Location, Service LEFT MUCH too wish for. In Between soccer matches @ nearby WPS Park, waited 45 mins for ORDER to be taken, 30 more for food. Ended up TAKING food TO GO, ran out of TIME

This place has the best wings I've ever had and the service is great! Recently moved 40 minutes away and my partner and I still drive down to get our favorite wings. Love this place.

Service was great, but the food is nasty. My chicken wings was cold and hard. The ribs was cold with hot bbq sauce on top. The food has no flavor what so ever. Everything taste like it came out of the microwave. Very disappointed.

There is a 5% fee on take out orders!!!! Read your bill, it is listed with your food and not with the taxes/tip.

Twice I have received a 1/3 of my wings burnt. Mind you that they've replaced them, however there was nothing more than I'm sorry and here are your replacement fries.

Food was okay but a little expensive. Especially $3 for a childs apple juice!

Restaurant is amazing! The entire crew is very helpful and very knowledgeable about there beers! Staff is fun and very interactive. Food is outstanding especially the Dale wings! AAAAA +++++++! P.S. -Rusty and Beth rock behind the bar!

I have been to all the sports grills in miami and this one by far doesn't compare. Food quality a C+ at most. Waiters get lost.

Menu is simple and easy to choose from with limited but optional items. Pricing is decent based on portion sizes. Service and quality of the food definitely needs to be improved.

I eat here at least 3 times a month. Have hosted my fantasy football draft here twice. I also enjoy watching the UFC fights here. Food and service is great.

Best wings ever!!! We drive for 40minutes just to eat here... I wish the had one in Boca Raton

I upgraded my review after actually eating my order. It comes packaged much better than the cheap styrofoam from other spots.

The calamari is pretty good. Haven't tried the wings.

My wife left her phone there and they were nice enough to call us back and let us know.

First time giving this place a chance ordering takeout from. I usually order from Flanigans. The guy takes my order and my name and tells me to come by in 15 minutes. Send the wife to pickup the order and she calls back that they don't have my order? I've ordered 50 times from Flanigan's and they always know that I actually ordered. They denied that I even called! Haven't tried the food yet but so far not impressed.

Let me start off by saying the special grilled wings are AMAZING! Crispy yet juicy and grilled to perfection. The atmosphere here is chill and exciting at the same time depending on what sporting event is on. I can t wait to make this my college (FSU) and NFL (DOLPHIN s) home. The staff is very attentive and bartenders are on their game! If u want a fun place to chill and watch some football or just have a quick drink this is the place!

My friend and I got sick from eating here. Never again.

place is amazing. food is great and service is almost as good.

First time visit bad impression. Do not order the quesadillas! Very bland, but worst, the chicken was so tough I couldn't chew it. Perhaps it was cooked in the microwave. Shame on you serving that old tough bland chicken (quesadillas). The server today June 20 1pm was very nice though.

This place is great! If you love wings and craft beer, it s worth the travel west. The customer service is fantastic as well. The GM Morgan is always here, and servers Jessica, Tatiana, along with many others treat customers and coworkers like family. I was in town for work, but found myself in love with this Sports Grill location. This place competes with Miller s Ale House and other highly priced bars/restaurants on beer selection and food quality. If you miss this place, you re doing yourself a disservice. I highly recommend Sports Grill of Pembroke Pines!

Sports grill is a nice local grill and pub. Good selection of beer and drinks. Food has always been good and with a fair price. Service is friendly and the wait staff is attentive. Great place for a dinner out with the family or a place to watch the game with a few friends. If you are looking for an easy casual lunch or dinner, I wouldn t count out the sports grill as a valid option.

Lots of TVs. Good bar food. Pricey for bar, but always local coupons to be found. Try their grilled wings, good flavor. Could use more specialty drafts, mostly run of the mill American crappy brands on draft.

Really enjoyed the Marlins Watch party last night! My first time at this location. Staff was very friendly. The food they provided for the watch party was outstanding! Thank you for hosting. Hope there will be more Marlin Watch parties in the future. Thank you!
