PET AGE (H.H. Backer Associates Inc.) Review

Had a good first experience here, then a horrible second. The wait was awful, and the receptionist was rude.

Came here to get birth control pills and testing. it took almost 40 minutes for my appointment, however, the staff are really friendly and gregarious! would definitely recommend this clinic!

I don't care what any one says. This place is helpful to all woman!! I came here one time. I loved it. It is not a "waste of time" The staff is friendly and very compassionate.

I had an appointment at 9 and they called me right away. Nice staff and very good service, I would go back there again. Thank you all!

Showed up on time, for both appointments and waited over an hour to be seen. And was told that there were 2 people in front of me. And you can't leave, or else the give your place to someone else. Staff in back do not act like medical professionals... I work in Healthcare, I wear scrubs daily, I have to deal with sensitive situation. If i acted or treated my patients this way I would be fired! No warmth or sense of caring... if there was another option than this location I would take it in a heart beat. Time management at this place does not exist.

This is the most unprofessional place ever! I definitely would recommend try going to another location if possible. The staff were sitting around on their cell phones. They called is back over an hour passed our appointment. Will never be back

Came to this location for a consultation for an iud. Very friendly staff and short wait time.

Horrible. Made an appointment over the phone, drove 45 mins in traffic, paid $16 for parking, when I arrived I was told my appointment was for an earlier time and there's no way to see me. Whoever scheduled my appointment really dropped the ball. Simple stuff. Absolutely no customer service or any apology for wasting my time and money. Never again!

I came in at 8:41 and now it's 10:37. I had an appointment at 845am. They keep taking patients in disorder, and when I ask why. They say, they don't come all for the same reasons !
It's doesn't matter same reason or not. They need to take people in order after their appointment time ! I feel very discriminated by them ! At the moment I'm very upset ! This one girl came in after me like an hour later, and she is getting the same thing done. I saw her chart ! Smh. Really. Planned Partenrhood supposed to serve every patient the same way. I don't know, how long I will have to wait, when I had an appointment at 845am ! I will call the head quarters and will let them know.

This is the third attempt for my annual and IUD insertion this month. Staff has no idea what porotocol is. I had to reschedule the first few because I waited two hours to be seen. It's really unorganized. I'll be going to another office. They are incredible rude and lazy. Wouldn't even verify my insurance for me. I had to do it for them just to prove a point. Terrible office. Love the mission but avoid that branch.

they never sent in my prescription, never answer their phone, super disappointed with this location and i m extremely frustrated and also worried i won t get blood test results back at this point. Wish i had gone to another location or another company alltogether.

I've gone here multiple times. They always take about 30-45 minutes to call my name, even with an appointment. However, they're staff members are all very kind and helpful.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They are consistently inefficient and no one seems to care except for one helpful lady at the front (whose name I, unfortunately cannot recall). Every time I come here I have left disappointed or not able to be seen by a doctor in a reasonable time. Even if there is only ONE SINGLE PERSON in the waiting room, you can almost guarantee to not be seen by a doctor for an hour. They ask you to allot 2 hours time when you come in even if it's for a prescription refill or brief consultation. I have no respect for this institution because they have no respect for the working class. If I am expected to devote two hours of my time for something that should only take 30 minutes then they should at least stay open past 5 pm when I get off work.
