I took my 2020 Renegade in for an oil change. I purchased the "easy care" plan when I purchased my jeep. I also asked them to check air in rear drivers side tire - the sensor said it was low.

When they told me it was ready, they told me it was $112. My "easy care" means free oil change. The low tire, they not only put air in it, they took it upon themselves to patch the tire without saying anything.

I told then I was paying for the patch since I had new tires and the place I purchased them gave me a "Road Hazzard warranty" that would have patched it for free.

Several months ago, Sport Durst told me I needed new tires. I told them to go ahead and order them and let me know when the came in. The never called me, so I'm assuming they never ordered them.

When my "easy care" is done, Sport Durst will never touch my vehicle again.

My 2007 Mitsubishi Truck was taken into Sport Durst by Service Advisor Corretta Miller July 29, 2021. She contacted me stating the truck needed a FCM and that Mitsubishi no longer made the part. That I would have to research and find the part myself and they would install it. Three days later I found the part and Called Ms Miller and informed her it would take 7-10 day to receive. I received the part Aug 19, 2021 took it on that same day to Ms Miller. She contacted me 4 days later stating my vehicle was ready. I arrived to pick up my truck, after she corrected the over billing of 1hr labor, I paid the bill. She then walked me to my truck, I immediately notice the obvious that my black hardtop Tonneau was gone, railings were bent and struts broken off. She never acknowledged that cover missing nor did she acknowledge the damage until I asked for a so called manager which she called Brian Yates. He was so sorry, he never came out to my truck, just said they would review security tape and get back with me. Never heard back from anyone on them replacing my Cover.
So much for making it RIGHT for the good of good customer RELATIONS!

Recently bought a car from Sports Durst Mazda. Our sales person Lawrence was excellent. He spent a lot of time showing us different cars, trims and colors never once making us feel rushed or unimportant. After deciding we wanted to purchase, the entire process and everyone else we talked to were excellent to deal with. Even in this crazy time we felt we got a fair deal (considering the situation). I went to this dealership instead of a closer one (based on Google reviews) and don't regret it one bit. If you are interested in a Mazda I would suggest checking them out and talk to Lawrence.

I want to thank Nick in the Parts Department for everything he did for me. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help me. I spoked to him on Friday, 8/27/2021 about my car part. Told me to come out to Sports Durst on Monday, 8/30/2021 and he would try to help me. This service department was so nice from start to finish. I was in town from out of state and had a scary situation with immediate attention needed on my vehicle. The staff helped figure out what parts were needed and even helped us with getting a rental car for the day. Wonderful experience. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Her customer service was beyond excellent, her knowledge of products they offer was very impressive not to mention her leadership skills. She had everyone jumping to help. The employees at the truck service center have serviced my 2011 Dodge 2500 4WD Cummins diesel since it was almost new. The truck currently has 290,000 miles on it and without the expert knowledge from the employees at the truck service center, there would have been a different outcome. Jon, the service manager, is very knowledgeable and courteous. He always treats the customer with professionalism. Steven, the service technician knows Dodge vehicles and does an excellent job. Kudos to the team!
