Really little choice in the snowboard departments, very bad feelings with some saleswomen who take you high when you ask if there is a possibility to order.

I went there to find ski boots, I was advised, however, I did not find shoes to my feet ... I was looking for a pair rather freestyle / freeride for a rather thin foot.
I do not know if they own some model of Full tilt or Dalbello with slipper ID, the choice are still limited

2 mixed experiences in two years in this store, which in my mind has a serious and sharp image.
First experience to buy running shoes: no question from the seller on my practice, my level, the type of surface on which I run. it was limited to a "You want to try which ones?" little involved. The product purchased gives me total satisfaction but I chose it alone ...
Second attempt: purchase of a ski helmet and goggles. I almost had the impression of disturbing the saleswoman so that she offered me products. And then again, I really felt like I was the only one making my choices when I went to this type of store for advice. In the end, the glasses I chose were unusable for skiing in sunny weather. I had to buy it back at the station ...

Franck in charge of the wake tried to find me replacement equipment equivalent to my order not available.
The lack of a DHL account blocked my purchases.

I went to the store in Bordeaux, with the idea of buying low hiking shoes.
I found the salesperson (Alex) to be very knowledgeable and friendly: he immediately understood what I was looking for and saw what I needed!
I will therefore come back to them without hesitation!

I ordered in 5 years several pairs of ski, I was always delivered very quickly (48h00) from the moment the material was in stock and 4 to 5 days without stock, the staff working in this store is very nice we can read in the testimonies.
The prices are always very interesting compared to other sites that I would not name ....
They just compare on the internet.
And besides, the delivery is always free.

This is a great outdoor equipment store. They have everything you need from packs, sleeping bags and footwear, to surf and snow equipment. They even have the small things like camp cookware, first aid, and equipment repair. Staff was very friendly and spoke English. 2 floors of outdoor / camping equipment and a separate shop two doors down with surf and paddle board gear.

Order on website. Payment validated by my bank. I do not receive any order confirmation. When I try to call the Bordeaux store open ... "you have to call back Monday ... there I can not answer you ...." It's cool to take the time to listen to distant customers ... Impeccable service ... I recommend!

A shop with great gear last cry .... but why such price differences on the same items on sale at (LE) competitor ... ???!

I ordered a pair of skis via the website at the time of paying there was an internet break. when I visualize my account I realize that the order is passed normally while it has not been paid. Being in doubt since Algeria where I live I tried all day Saturday, February 13 to contact the relevant service and there is no way to have someone on the phone I used all my phone plan. I find it shameful and null null!

Not convinced by this first visit to the store. The reception is more than limit: I came for hiking shoes and I clearly had the impression of disturbing the vendors who talked to each other while the store was empty.

I was also made to feel that I had committed the ultimate sin when I arrived at the store with a travel bag that I had just picked up at a downtown store ... and which was also sold at Sport Aventure ( what I did not know otherwise).

In short, I have not found the home very "Sport" and am not sure to renew the adventure.

I ordered an Osprey Kestrel 38 bag, and I had a doubt about the size because there are 2 sizes for the same bag, so I called the customer service and I was really advised of a very professional way, I thank so this shop which knows perfectly its trade, I am really to this day very satisfied.

At the beginning of February 2015, since Tours, I ordered a pair of Rossignol Synergy Sensor 2 100 Size 30.5 Alpine Ski Boots, on the Internet from the Sports Adventure Site in Bordeaux.
I am completely satisfied on several points;

1- For this end of winter period, enjoy a generous balance on ski items.
This is the case 155 instead of 249 !

2- To be able to pay in 3 Times without expenses, it is Possible! (Glisshop and Decathlon allow, but
not Ekosport. So, for me, it's unacceptable ...)

3- Find the big sizes in ski boots, after the size 30.
(There are a few at Glisshop, not at all Decathlon !!! They do not know after 29.5!
Very weird !! the Decathlon Ray seller takes those people who need a shoe size starting from 30, as being really equipped with big feet !! ..)
So, I got what I wanted size 30.5 by Sports Adventure. They are like gloves, it's perfect!

4- Indeed, fast delivery in 2-3 days (a small + long if presence of a weekend between ...)

5- On the phone, for further information, on the site Sports Adventure in Bordeaux,
I had lovely and polite people. Because I read a review of a customer on this site, that in the store on the spot, it had not been greeted ... For me, I did not live that.

Order via internet a backpack, shipped the next day and delivered within 48 hours. I returned it for refund, I received from them an email that confirmed receipt of the return package and refund to come.

Advice ! After explaining the nature of the ground where I run, I am advised shoes QC (unpaid) with soles very open. Conclusion I have to stop regularly to remove pebbles that get stuck in the sole under the heel. Great advice !!!!!!

I ordered for Christmas 3 pairs of dynafit knives at the end of September 2019 to offer them to Christmas.
On reception, I looked at only one which was new.
I was provided with a second-hand product and I am really not happy with your level to assume the product sent. The salesperson says he can do nothing, spend several months.
Nevertheless, the product has a label with the name of your company which clearly shows that the product is not new (absence of the Dynafit label).
I expected a commercial gesture from you.
At the reception, I only checked one of the three sets. The third set appears to be a return or used equipment.
It's really not a commercial attitude!
