I now enjoy watching my 11 yr old daughter play..I myself haven't played in years, but I'd much rather watch my kids tear it up on the blacktop

Such an important part of what makes Spokane, Spokane. One of the truly un-missable events of the Inland Northwest where every year brings new experiences and cherished memories.
I usually play or go watch the games. U need 4 ballers to make a team. You get a shirt before the games and then get another shirt if u win your bracket. And u get to meet people like KD, Nate Robinson and John Stockton
This is an extremely well organized event. We had a blast!
Hands down my favorite weekend of the year. Started playing in hoopfest in 1993. It has not lost its jazz at all, great event and great crew running it all.
A great organization with an amazing ability to run a ginormous 3 on 3 basketball tournament (the worlds largest). The staff is incredibly friendly and works long hours so that participants can have a great time.
I was stolen from by your partners at the black Nike tent in the park at Hoopfest, 2015. Please contact me to resolve.
I was sold a $40, replica Hoopfest game ball that had a slow leak. When I attempted to exchange it or get a refund I was told nothing would be done, that the defective ball was now mine and my money was now there's.
I'd like a functional basketball (used is fine), or my hard earned money back.
I will be posting my story to additional online and social media outlets until this is resolved.
Great 3 on 3 tournament! Much love for Spokane and the great Hoopfest volunteers!
Thx!
Always overcrowded and not really fun unless your competing.
We love Hoopfest! We volunteer for this event every year and are always impressed at how well this GIANT machine pulls off the largest 3 on 3 basketball tournament in the world. If coming as a spectator or player, bring something to provide shade, as it can be crazy hot. Be sure to walk through Riverfront Park and see the Main Court and enjoy the shade.
It was a lot of fun to watch other people play and there was always a game to watch!!
Had a great time at Hoopfest 2019. First time since moving back to Spokane two and a half years ago that I had the opportunity to volunteer for anything. Loved working with Thomas and the other volunteers in the scoring tent. Look forward to volunteering again next year.
Only wish parents would keep better eyes on their small children. We had a few wonders come to visit us during the event; one hanging out with us for quite a while on Sunday before anyone even came a looking. .
World's largest 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament Held The last Weekend of June Every Year here in Spokane, Washington.
I had fun this year, but it seemed like people lied about their experience. We were in the no experience bracket and everyone seemed to be basketball God's.
Hoopfest is a HUGE event for the city, love the business it brings here:)
The crowds arriving ,excitement is the feeling is already ia fascinating. Overwhelming intense wonder..
Best 3 on 3 basketball tournament
I have ever been to!
A fun place to play basketball or attend and watch family and friends play basketball.
Gotta love it! What other city can pull off an awesome basketball tournament weekend like this? None! This is my 23rd year in a row and I'll play Hoopfest till I can no longer walk.
I had a blast if you're not playing and you want to be involved volunteer you can be the scorekeeper monitor trash volunteer water volunteer there's all kinds of volunteers it was so fun this Year
Favorite weekend of the year ever year!! Both for family or for just the guys! The town does an amazing job of accommodating hundreds of thousands of people and players! Cannot say enough for this event and all that make it happen. #Hoopfest2019
Hoopfest is the best time of year! Been playing every year for the last 23 years. Nothing tops it.
Disappointing way over priced on food not as fun as I was told it was. Loved the carousel that was the best of all
This place has deep roots with apokane and its amazing! This is the community support we need.
Terrible! 1st change should be handing ALL monitors THE RULE BOOK! NO MATTER HOW MUCH "EXPERIENCE" THEY SAY THEY HAVE AS A REFEREE! If you're fouled on a 2point shot you get 2, not 1, but 2free throws!! How does a monitors not know a simple rule like that! Our monitor made up his own rules because, "This is his court!" Now I've been a life long hoopfest participant and never experienced a monitor who doesn't know the Rules! He affected the out come of our game with his, "This is my court, my rules attitude!" Thank god for Marshalls who actually read the Rule Book, but the Marshalls presence was, to little to late, in a close elimination game! Every year I participate makes me enjoy it less and consider hanging up the sneakers!
Such a fun tournament - lots of fun and entertainment for everyone including non-players!
What a landmark event for the city of Spokane! A great way to promote athleticism and teamwork. In addition, the healthy competition is a great outlet into more athletics, such as organized teams, etc.
As a gymnastics center owner myself, I appreciate the innovation to exercise and be active! Truly a unique experience, and one of the great things that makes Spokane special.
It's great fun for everyone. Basketball games of all levels and ages going on over the entire downtown area. Plenty of music and food. Very festive atmosphere.
