I was stolen from by your partners at the black Nike tent in the park at Hoopfest, 2015. Please contact me to resolve.

I was sold a $40, replica Hoopfest game ball that had a slow leak. When I attempted to exchange it or get a refund I was told nothing would be done, that the defective ball was now mine and my money was now there's.

I'd like a functional basketball (used is fine), or my hard earned money back.

I will be posting my story to additional online and social media outlets until this is resolved.
