I've been banking with Splitska banka for a while now and they have never disappointed me. Their services are top-notch and their staff is always courteous. Highly recommended!
Their faulty machine swallowed a credit card when we were trying to take or cash when travelling in split, and when we went to the bank directly after they told us there was nothing they could do and refused to open the machine. They told us they would only open it once a month. For travelling, and losing our only access to money, this was incredibly difficult and ruined certain elements of our trip and cost us a lot of money. Every other bank would open the atm, but they did not care despite it being their own issue.
Because it is not possible to put 0 ... Waiting interminable (1h) so that the employee tells us that she can not make us the exchange. For tourists, to avoid!

The tribes should be ashamed. The three people have to wait hours, the workers play the bosses and make themselves smart and do not know their job to work as a tribe.

They have to wait over the clock, in vain, to work only on the 2nd floor. Long wait, black and old at the counters are better to become masseuses, because obviously they are not mistaken at the bank.

Very slow moving queues, few staff, being send from one person to the next... I believe the customer service should be improved upon as well as time spent waiting minimised
