The doctors are completely lacking any sort of professionalism.
Went there once (never again) for a breast examination. Even though I had an appointment, I waited 45 minutes to get in, only for the doctor to shout at me on the corridor in front of everyone that she's not taking me in because my breasts are too small. Great job.

I've been for a few times to this place having an appointment each time. The personnel was really helpful and professional and the doctors well prepared and very confident. However, last time, even though I had an appointment, other people were passing in front, while I was delayed for about 50 min. Things can definitely be improved!
Their motto is "Standard of Excellence" - which considering the customer experience I just had is a complete joke.
I made an appointment earlier in the day at dr Surcel at 18.30. The hospital called me at 17.24 to see if I can come early - I said that I'll try, but can't promise (given that I was in another part of the city, with only an hour before my appointment).
Because of traffic, I got to the hospital at 18.25 and started the registration procedure, when I got called again from the hospital's front desk and got berated: "Mr Zamfir, we were expecting you a bit earlier, now the doctor has left already".
I was left speechless - because apparently after confirming an appointment, getting called with just 1hour before my initial appointment to see if I can come faster, of course it's the patient's fault because the doctor had somewhere else to be.
Total lack of professionalism! Definitely won't be a patient of this hospital
After experiecing other private hospitals in Bucurest,for sure Monza is the one that is most organized when it comes to delaying the process of exams to stay longer in their "hotel" .
I wish all medical staff deserve the beautiful building and equipment. I said all, because there are resonant names that really count for a good name. But what you can do when the the complementary services lack of professionalism, when you have to pay the parking after you already spent hundreds inside, where doctors allow themselves to cancel an appointment made 3 months back, or come late. High price is not always a sign of high quality.
I had urethrotomy in spital Monza. My experience was very good. Hospital is beautiful, modern and clean, staff is polite and kind, I had good treatment in the hospital. Dr. Surcel and his team are very professional, they speak English and are giving all the informations you need. I hope that my small operation went well, so far I feel good. I recommend this hospital.
