Very helpful and efficient when it comes to car finance but cannot deliver on promises.
They ask you when it s convenient to deliver the car but when you give them a time and date they cannot deliver on the time you ask blaming it on the delivery firm they use.
As the car seller it is ultimately their responsibility to ensure the car is delivered on time.
Very poor customer service
I recently bought a car from CVM and I must say I was impressed by their professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble - they even sent me videos and answered my queries on their day off. The car itself was exactly as described and immaculately presented. So I have no hesitation recommending them... and will definitely deal with again.
Bought a BMW 123D from here back in October 2016. Ricky was the man in charge of the sale, absolutely awful. Signed for the car on the agreement many various issues would be fixed by the time I collected it in a weeks time. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that NONE of the work had been promised had been carried out. Ricky, with no excuse for why the work wasn't completed, then said it would be first on the list to be done. I went home, and returned again the following weekend. I even spoke with him during the week several times, reminding him i would be collecting soon. Surprise, the work still wasn't done, took the car too another garage for a diagnostics check, they immediately found the oil leak and failed compression test, which Ricky had "promised" he had had his technician work on and fix. Returned the car immediately as had lost all trust in this dodgy car business. Avoid these guys at all costs, don't bother wasting your time for these conmen. They are after one thing, your money. They don't care about your car once it's out of their hands.
Bought a VW golf estate back in January 2016 and have done 40,000 miles now. No problem at all. Well recommended!
