I got fired after 1 week just because there staff didn't help me while I was training so I could learn how to do stuff correctly and the boss titto has real attitude issues he doesn't even show up to the company until 8 am or after I wouldn't recommend this company I am gonna see about suing for wrongful termination

If you coming to load a truck expect to wait 10 hrs or more

I would not recommend anyone to work at this place.. the 2 stars is only because of the amount of money they paid me VS my actual physical output. I worked security and was hired on directly.. no probation, no temp.. I was fired 3 weeks after starting because it s just not working out ..that was the actual reason they fired me. The overweight guy that trained me explained that we could not sit down or be on our personal cell phone.. although he was constantly on his cell phone and definitely sat down plenty of times throughout the day.. I m just going to sit over here and finish this paperwork ..riiight. The ONLY reason I can see me being fired is that I did not catch on to their shipping/receiving documents.. said documents were made by my trainer of course AND of course copied/pasted from another completely different document.. which he left remains around the important parts of the former document. This was completely confusing and I did not like the condescending I received the first few times I was confused. This was definitely the most ridiculous place I ve ever worked.. I ve worked the front office in a Fortune 500 company, a warehouse of the biggest department store in America, North American Amtrak and even fast food companies inbetween.. I know how interaction should fall between coworkers and how to find the good in most of my surroundings but this place felt so strange to me.. I completely understand the feeling I have nothing but THIS job so why complain I understand maybe 80% of this company feels that way.. understanding who you are is the first step to understanding who you want to be.. this family that runs this company is a joke. Do your own research.

5-6 hours we waited while they unloaded us. Half a clock wasted sitting around!

Very high turnover. Family oriented company. They are in so much desperation, to the point they have resorted to so many different temp agencies, in order to do the assigned job they do. Which is box and label stuff to different destination. Was hired through a staffing agency by the name of Integrated Human Capital as an accounting clerk back in 2012. Went to the assigned job. Parked in the facility. Was informed by security in which only loading personnel and big shots can only park. Had to park a few blocks away and be escorted by shuttle to facility. Came in 10 minutes late because of it. HR understood circumstance. Had commenced my training with the assigned associate, I was going to assist. Within two hours, was terminated due to not catching on quickly as associate expected on her everyday job duties. Didn't like her attitude. Company needs to be reported to better business bureau, Osha, workforce commission, eeoc, for the unethical standards they are committing. For they need to be shut down. For they are always hiring and are always finding ways to hire individuals. A big spit to them for not treating people fairly.

They have you erase experation dates off of conditioner bottles..this is probably illegal if not it's def wrong!!! I worked here...
