Very high turnover. Family oriented company. They are in so much desperation, to the point they have resorted to so many different temp agencies, in order to do the assigned job they do. Which is box and label stuff to different destination. Was hired through a staffing agency by the name of Integrated Human Capital as an accounting clerk back in 2012. Went to the assigned job. Parked in the facility. Was informed by security in which only loading personnel and big shots can only park. Had to park a few blocks away and be escorted by shuttle to facility. Came in 10 minutes late because of it. HR understood circumstance. Had commenced my training with the assigned associate, I was going to assist. Within two hours, was terminated due to not catching on quickly as associate expected on her everyday job duties. Didn't like her attitude. Company needs to be reported to better business bureau, Osha, workforce commission, eeoc, for the unethical standards they are committing. For they need to be shut down. For they are always hiring and are always finding ways to hire individuals. A big spit to them for not treating people fairly.
