I can t stay enough great things about Spengler Co.!!!! They were a life saver for my parents.

My parents had an emergency with their water heater, and Spengler responded quickly & was there to help them in less than an hour!!
As always, the technicians were professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and stayed to get the job done!
They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly.

We have been using Spenger since we bought our house in the area. Recently we had our HVAC and plumbing inspected as part of our Service Partner Membership. Scott and Nick came out and were very helpful. Nick checked the HVAC, and made adjustments to optimize the system's performance for our house, as well as making suggestions of ways to further improve the heating and cooling in certain areas of the house.
Scott checked our plumbing, and was very attentive to the questions we had on certain issues. When we had a specific concern, he was able to explain the cause and offer suggestions for a solution, and took the time to show us possibilities for a faucet we anticipate replacing.

Since the review options are just for Quality I put Good because the work was good, but the price was ridiculous. I had a pin hole leak in a pipe. All that needed done was cut out the old piece and solder a new piece on. The guy had the work done in about 20 minutes. What did it cost me? (and this was with the trip charge of $169 waved. Weekend rate). $489.00. Call somebody else before you consider these guys. What does that 489 come out to.... $24.45 .... a minute.

Spengler saved the day - we were without water for 5 days, had two other companies here trying to resolve our water heater issues. Not until Spengler came on the scene did we get results. They did install on a Saturday too! Very pleased.

Excellent experience! My upstairs AC stopped working, and I immediately called The Spengler Company. Shawn arrived within an hour from the time I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed it right away! Speedy, quality service! 10/10 recommend!

Very friendly on the phone and helped get an appointment to fix furnace later that same day. Technician called before coming out as they said he would. He wore plastic coverings for his shoes so not dirty up the house and cleaned up after himself. The technician was very informative but was not pushy to sell any extra services. He did give me a lot of options to chose from. I will definitely be using them for any heating/cooling needs in the future.

I've known the Spengler family for 20 years and have seen first-hand a lot of the work their technicians, plumbers, carpenters, and laborers have done in all parts of the metro-east. We wanted our kitchen remodeled and they were the first ones we called. They didn't give us the lowest bid, but we were very happy with the sales/design consultation that was provided. They did a good job keeping us informed on when the job would start and we had everything ready for them when the work began. We were very impressed with the work ethic and attention to detail the worker (Bill) put into the job. He was always courteous, polite, and willing to explain any detail we questioned. He addressed all of our concerns and treated our home as if it was his own. He cleaned up after every work day and we stayed out of his way. We had electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cabinets, flooring, countertops, lighting, etc. The cabinet folks and the flooring folks were very professional as well. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because there were 6 days that no work was done due to logistical or materiel errors.

As I said before, they're not the cheapest contractor, but oftentimes, you get what you pay for. We feel like we got exactly what was proposed and the finished job was well worth the expense. I'd hire the Spengler company again in a heart beat!

Spengler Co. is awesome! James came out to inspect my plumbing in my entire house. He was very knowledgeable, great customer service skills, and he gave me many options for fixing what was wrong! WONDERFUL!!!!!

Very poor I called twice and they said they would call me back. It's been over a month and I still haven't received a call. I would not recommend this company.

I am very impressed with the Spengler Company. Today I was searching for a sewer cleaning service and called a big brand sewer cleaning service. After waiting over 5 minutes and as many transfers I gave up. I came across Spengler and decided to give them a call. Someone very friendly answered on the first ring and asked me about 5 minutes worth of questions to determine my needs. The Spengler operator identified what would probably suit my needs and in fact pointed out a special that they were running on that exact service. (They probably do that for everyone, but it made me feel good they were looking out for me). Less than 30 minutes after hanging up with them a very friendly and clean cut serviceman named Corey showed up to do an onsite inspection to be certain I was indeed getting the correct service. Long story short, by the time I first dialed them until the service was completely done and Corey was pulling away, just over an hours time span had elapsed. If I had known that this would have been so easy and so inexpensive, I would have called them a week ago. FYI..... I never leave reviews but was so pleased with how friendly everyone I dealt with was, and the value I received, and how good of a job they did, I felt compelled to let everyone know how good of a company this is.

Brian replaced a gas valve the same day the problem was discovered for us. I trust the technicians, and the customer service is always outstanding.

Annual backflow test failed with them, they had another person come out and give me an outrageous price for the repair and I declined. I shopped around and received quotes 1/3 of Spengler's. I had system re-inspected with another company and it passed with flying colors. Spengler's employees are commission based and lie cheat and steal. AVOID at all costs

I love that The Spengler company works with me and my renters to get the job done both to the satisfaction of the renters and myself. They go out of their way to be polite, clean, efficient, and have great customer service. I have been working with Spengler plumbing for the entire six years I have lived in the area.

We have always used Bel-O, but when our water heater leaked into our basement and Bel-O said they couldn't get to for 4 days, we called Spengler. I'm so glad we did! Spengler came out to our house within a couple of hours and replaced our water heater. They also came out the following day to replace pipes in our house. I really like the options Spengler gives you. You can choose to have certain parts replaced or the whole thing. We didn't have choices with other companies, it was all or nothing. I would highly recommend Spengler!

The plumber that came out was great, but the guy that came out to do the jetting was not. The machine malfunctioned and made a big mess, he did not have any rags to clean up the water mess, is supposed to be coming back out to finish the job but no one has called. When I called I got hung up on and no apology

I had a problem with my ac. Called Spengler out to come and help with the problem. First bad mark against them was that they charged $90 just to come out, that's if they did anything or not. When they told me that a part had gone bad and to replace it the price would be $555. I ask the guy why are they charging $500 for a $10 part, he says we are giving premium service if we were just selling parts we would open a part counter. I understand a money for labor for the 30 minutes and to drive out (I would've been ok with a charge of 300). Where is the justification of $555 I just don't see it.

Jeremy came out and delivered a professional and accurate inspection of our system, discovered an issue and thoroughly explained the problem. He explained the process to fix it and asked when they could fix it at our convenience. This is the 2nd time we've had Jeremy for our inspection and he and the others have always been considerate and professional.

Technician arrived on time and was very professional. Found a leaking cut-off valve and replaced it at a reasonable cost. Very happy with their service and will continue to use them.

I am most pleased with the kind and thoughtful service by Spengler's representative. The fact that I had a service contract with them saved me money on the final bill. I would recommend them to others in the future.

The two young men were on time and they diagnosed the problem areas efficiently and they

This was a backflow prevention check. I don't understand why it has to be done by a plumber. It is a very simple check that takes about 10 minutes. I think the charge of $138 is way beyond the value of the work involved and the time it takes. Jim Tulis

Paid for a service contract and they refused to honor it. Total rip off

Needed to have a back up Sump pump serviced. They not only came out, but came out early. They identifiedd the problem, gave me an estimate, and had someone out to fix it the same day!!!! Excellent Service!

Best plumbing ever..and I've tried a couple other companies for major plumbing at my home and office. Spengler is always there fast in an emergency and the prices are reasonable for the excellent service.

We had a leaky valve and called late Saturday night. I talked to Judy and explained what was going on and she assured me that someone will be out that night. A bit later Cory came to the house ,first he greeted the wife and I then he put on his shoe covers before going into the basement. When I showed Cory the problem he was very patient in explaining to me what all needed to be done and he answered all my questions in away that i could understand.I was impressed with his knowledge of the business but more impressed with his people skills. That night was our first time to call a plumber and if we ever need one again it will be Spengler. Thanks again to Cory.

Quite some time ago, we contacted Spengler for an estimate on work that needed to be done. They were the only company that we contacted that wouldn't charge a fee if we didn't go with them. Things happened ... but we contacted them again -- for a number of plumbing items including a tankless water heater among other things. Their agent came out, gave us exact pricing on everything -- we had our water heater that day! Recently, we called for service, and to install a new shower control. The service call found problems with the furnace -- the next day our furnace was installed -- the same day the shower was taken care of! WOW! We love Spengler's great employees, quick service and clean up! Great company!

We had a problem with our shower/tub in the master bedroom. Although not urgent the tech arrived the same today to evaluate the problem and provide recommendations for us to review. To my surprise, Scott completely cleaned up when finished and left our restroom in the same manner as when he arrived. He was very knowledgeable.

I had a major problem with a broken water main. Spengler was able to address this emergency repair very quickly on short notice over a holiday weekend. The estimator was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with the service and price that was offered. The field technicians were prompt and professional, and the work was completed to my satisfaction within a single day. Though it was an expensive repair, I am sure the work was completed for less than Rororooter could have done it. Thanks for everything.

My experience with Spengler has always been exceptional. This visit was at my mother's house. The tech Zach was friendly and very patient with my mother. He explained all areas of his work in a manner that she could understand easily.

The technician from Spengler Co. came at my request to my place for giving a bid for repair of a heater that was not working. The guy's name Sean. He gave me a bid for $11,000.00 for a new unit claiming he cannot repair it and he has to install a new unit. I asked for a written bid to give it to my partner who owns 50% of the office building. I gave the email for the written bid to send it to my partner who is out of the country. Sean did not send any bid that I can share with my partner. So I called their office three times to get the bid. (of course he did not want to give anything in writing for a job of less than $200.00 Vs. his oral bid of $11,000.00), They said Sean will call me. He has not responded at all;. So this morning I called their office again and asked for a refund. They refused to refund the service call of. So I lost $89.00 and did not get the benifit of a written bid I can share with my partner who will have to pay half of the oral bid of $11,000.00. So I called another HVAC company who saiud thee condenser and sequencer were bad. They replaced the condenser and sequencer and the heater is working fine. The total expense is $185.00. I don't know who will want to call these unethical people, especisally Sean,. for any HVAC service .

My husband and I found Spengler after a not so great experience with an a/c company over the summer. We called Spengler due to great online reviews and they did not disappoint! They came out the same day our furnace broke and offered professional service and were friendly. My husband appreciated that they explained all the options and what was actually wrong with our furnace instead of just trying to charge us a lot of money. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Spengler employees were very courteous and I liked the fact that they were punctual and called to let us know exactly when they were to arrive. They do cost slightly more than other plumbers but their work is excellent and they make sure everything is explained in easy to understand words. They also schedule a return visit to make sure everything has been done correctly and to your satisfaction.

My mother used this company to install a easy reach toilet. There price for the toilet and labor are rather high at $693 but I can over look that. What I can t over look is the fact that they charger her an additional $600 for a Flange and install! The toilet used is an American Standard, very common can be bought anywhere. Which means the parts for them are also very common and inexpensive. So all told she was charge over $1200 to install a toilet!!! They also didn t provide her with a receipt for service rendered.
Bottom line they are ripoff artists!! Charging an old woman way more then the job should cost because she didn t know any better.

I called them to fix a toilet that was draining slowly. Zach came out and ran an auger through the toilet and into the drain twice without any luck getting a possible clog cleared. He then explained that the issue was with the 30-year old toilet and not the drain and offered to have one of his guys come out that afternoon to replace the toilet. His quote for the work was $596 and that supposedly included a $100 discount which would expire at the end of the month. Even though the quote seemed unreasonably high to me, I was unable to do the work myself and asked them to replace the toilet. The work was completed satisfactorily that afternoon. When I spoke with Zach about the high price, he explained that they provide quotes that cover the entire job, regardless of issues out of the ordinary they may encounter. The job took 2.5 hours, much longer than they expected because they ran into unexpected difficulties. Considering an expensive toilet costs around $200 (even though they undoubtedly purchase theirs at a lower price), I paid approximately $400 for labor (a rate of $160/hour). If they would have completed the installation in the expected time of 1 hour, the labor rate would have been $400/hour. The work was performed well, they were very courteous and cleaned up well after the work. But, the cost seems unreasonably high and the fact that I paid it continues to bother me.

Got a quote from Spengler for a new furnace and air conditioner. On the positive side, management of the appointment and interactions with the office staff were professional and effiecent. On the negative side, the quote was 3 TIMES more than another quote from another reputable firm.

I don't know how they could deliver such a high estimate with a clear conscience.

Our hot water tank blew today and our basement was flooded. We called Spengler and Jason was out within 30 minutes to help us. He not only confirmed the problem, got us options to replace and set up a same day install, he also got us in touch with a restoration company to help with cleaning up the mess. Thanks Spengler for superior customer service!

NEVER AGAIN!!!! We were given a 2 hr window (2-4) showed up at 6:30. Wanted over $500.00 to replace 1 outside faucet. ARE THEY NUTS!!!!! Now I know why they all drive around in new trucks, it's cause they rip people off. BTW, told them to hit the road. wouldn't pay that much!!!

Serviceman was Zak. He was polite friendly but most of all he was professional. He really knew what he was doing.

Worst company I ve ever had to deal with. They gave me finance options and installed the unit the next day and now two months later they come after me not honoring their finance offer and have someone from the company text me and threaten to take my outside ac unit forcefully. Never received an invoice, never received a phone call, nothing. Just a threatening text that I would attach if it let me upload photos. Very unpleasant to work with, very unprofessional, and not honorable to their word. Avoid this company.

I called to make an appointment for air conditioning service and they told me it would be 1 month before anyone could make it out. I know someone that called the same day and got same day service. I called back and brought this to their attention and all of a sudden they could get me in earlier. Not sure what is up with the inconsistent message, but resulted in me selecting another company.

1. Huge problem between what the salesman sold me and I paid in advance for, and what was delivered. When the plumber contacted the salesman, he was told to try to sell me what I had already told the salesman explicitly that I did NOT want.
2. Still have not received new invoice showing LOWER cost on my VISA bill as the installed item was a lesser model.
3. On the good side, the appointment was the same day as I called and both men were very courteous while here.

How this company has stayed in business all these years is beyond me. There only positive is the polite call center. I originally called them out to fix a leak in my condensation line. When they "technician" got there he proceeded to pull the condensation line sending water spilling everywhere. When I asked if he had a shop vac to clean up the water he quick respond "no". So once I was done cleaning up the mess he made I was giving a $200 service fee.....but, I pressed forward with them and asked how much it would be to replace my Furnace/AC. After a long talk about how they are Sooooo great they tell me the job will be anywhere from 11-18k.....needless to say, I didn't go with them and had three other companies offering to do the same work for half the price. I beg anyone who thinks to go with them to ask for a cost break down so you can see the huge amounts of money they steal from people. I believe in paying for a hard day's work and Spangler isnt it.

I love that they call before the technician shows up to give you his name and the approximate time that they will arrive. I also like that they don't try to push extra services on you. Great company to work with!

SPENGLER CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! AND THE REASON WHY!! I normally don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to after my experience with them. Essentially, I was charged $555 for a $150-200 job. Here is how it happened. I had some renovation done in my basement and the dust clogged the air filter in the A/C unit. It caused the AC to run continuously for 48-72 hours before we found out the problem. Well, it caused capacitor in the condenser outside to go out and it wouldn't cool the house. My wife saw that they had good reviews and gave them a call on a Saturday. They said that it would cost $89 to come out and assess the problem, but would not be charged if they repaired the A/C. After identifying the problem as the capacitor he gave me a list of options. It ranged $555 to $1900. What they do is give you the base price to fix the problem (though it is a very exorbitant price) and then add things that you don't need repaired and add additional warranties and future services that will not be honored by Spengler (see some of the other 1 star reviews). Not knowing anything about A/Cs and it being a very hot day with a family of seven, I told him to just replace the capacitor. I went out and watched him and saw the capacitor and said to myself that cannot cost that much. It took all of about 5 min to switch it out. In all he was there about 30-40 min. My mind was so far gone with the heat and other projects going on that I didn't check the price before I paid him. Directly afterwards I looked it up and the capacitor part only costs $25-35. Essentially, I paid Spengler for $520 for the service call and 40 min of work. RIDICULOUS!! I immediately called Spengler back and told them this has to be resolved. The dispatcher was very friendly, but couldn't help me because no manager was on duty, so I had to wait till Monday. I called them back told them of my situation and displeasure. They would only give me a 25% on the price I paid. (I paid $495 after a $60 coupon that I had). It ended up being about $370. The other stipulation was they send me a breakdown of their billing. It was never sent to me. To make matters worse I had a coworker who had his capacitor replaced as well just a few days later and his bill was....$160!!! I consider what they did as DISHONEST, THIEVERY and a extreme LACK OF INTEGRITY!! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope this review gives you some knowledge before calling them and using their services.

I am more than displeased with the quality of their product and their service. We bought an entire new $10,000 HVAC system this summer from Spengler. It has already broken 4 times. When it has broken we have been out of AC for days, as no one seems to know how to correctly fix it. Due to heat and having a small child it has displaced us from our home several times. Even when requested Spengler did not bring fans, pay for hotel rooms etc and cost were accrued at our own expense due to their errors. All of their service technitions have been friendly, but not always able to resolve our issues. The product, workmanship and customer service leave something to be desired. We will never be using Spengler again.

The Spengler specialists were on time, did the work in a professional manner and answered all my questions in a respectful way.

Zach just left and I highly recommend Spengler. In this heat wave I woke to lukewarm air blowing. They got me in same day and on a Sat!! In no time Zach found the issue and had it fixed!! Very courteous and friendly!! Highly recommend. Thank you!!!!

He gave me the details of what was happening with the furnace and
explained it and gave me the estimates to accomplish the task.

I have dealt with Jeremy for my AC and now Stephen for my sewer issue and they are wonderful. I called this company because they have 24/7 service and i was desperate and they came thru very timely and professional. I have to to get my sewer line replaced so i will give another review once that is done.

Unfortunately, I had a drain line that was backing up, and it needed to be snaked. They were able to resolve my issue. The service was at a late hour and they were the only one who could come in a timely fashion. I appreciate on how fast they could respond. The speedy response comes with a hefty price. If you can afford to wait, than call Roto Rooter, they can do it for half the cost. If not than go with Spangler, but know it will come at a hefty price.

Very flexible and friendly with scheduling. We had to change things a few times and it was never a problem. They did a backflow test for us, which is required by the EPA to have on file with our city because we have an irrigation system. They handled all of the paperwork for us.

I had Scott Summers come and fix my garbage disposal for the second time (Scott came before to fix an upstairs toliet) this was the 2nd time my garbage disposal needed to be fixed...because I need new piping. I am very happy with his professionalism and his manners when he explains a matter to me. I highly recommend Spengler. I have used them in the past and present and will continue in the future.

If I could give a zero I would. Horrible communication they wanted to charge me over 1000$ for a job that every other company I called charged half that price. I was told a new furnace would be over 5000$ and I ended up getting a new furnace for 1600$ installed. While they were in their homes warm and comfortable for Thanksgiving, My family was FREEZING. I will never ever ever ever call Spangler again!!!!!!!!!!!

Wierd. I don't know that I could sleep at night if I ran a business like this one. They attempted to cable a line. Unsuccessful. Charged me a $360.00 service fee. Offered to swap out 25- 30 feet of PVC for only $1800.00! Really?
Who shows up, fixes nothing and charges nearly 400 dollars?
I am going to buy 3 sections of PVC, 4 couplings and some glue for 80 bucks and fix it myself.
Also, they were at least 2000 dollars higher than everyone else on a furnace and A/C system. Outrageous.

James Alexander came to give our annual plumbing checkup and found that we were having issues with a toilet. We should have noticed but when you live with something for a long time you overlook it. James got us set up to have everything fixed quickly. We really appreciated his professional manor and pleasant personality.

Cliff came out to our house and did a wonderful job. I loved the fact that they came out the day I called. We have a few different things that need to be done to our plumbing system and he talked us through everything. What we thought was a minor problem turned out to be a little worse but Cliff explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything. I would recommend Spengler to all my friends.

This company is unwilling to provide an itemized invoice which makes insurance claims impossible. I have been trying for 2 weeks and was finally told they do not breakdown jobs they complete.

We got their yearly service thing where they came out and serviced our AC, Furnace and plumbing twice a year. We purchased that because you get discounts whenever you have work done. They did excellent work on our roof venting and did decent work on the plumbing issues we had in our 100 year old house. Our furnace went out and we had them come out. Told me it was 2 flame rollout switches and told us the only option was to replace them. They were "required to give me [whatever the number is] options but our only real option is to replace." I was told the charge was 700-something, $630 charge but that was with my service plan discount. I thought that sounded high but I work in electronics, not furnaces. After they sent a tech out with horrible information and the wrong part, they ordered the right one and he came back out the next day. The tech seemed knowledgeable and knocked the repair out in about an hour. After it was done that quickly, I looked up rollout switches and apparently they're between $20 and $80 depending on brand and model. Called other companies and they quoted me "between 300 and 350, probably on the lower side of that". So apparently Spengler's hourly rate is somewhere between $310 and $620, considering 1 or 2 hours for the job and $80 in parts.

They got 2 stars because the actual work done was excellent, the prices were absolute robbery. I'll be canceling my yearly service plan and taking my dollar elsewhere.

UPDATE: Blue Stream Heating and Cooling just came out, free of charge, after I called them asking for a quote. Another switch in the furnace was indicating that there was another issue. Blue Stream informed me that my filters were clogged too much, our blower capacitor was reading too low on the meter, and the blower could have stood to run a little faster based on the size of my house. All things Spengler should have told me from the service plan I paid for. Additionally, they sales manager called me back, didn't help me in any way whatsoever and told me some other customer service person would contact me. That was 6 hours ago and still no follow up on their end.

I would be very cautious before hiring this group. I had my toilet/shower back up and they came out and ran a camera through my line. The charge for that was $1000 which is substantially higher than most other companies I come to find out later. I was then told I had a collapsed line and to fix it would cost $12k. At that point, I thanked them and went on my way. I later realized I did not receive a copy of the video they took (which is promised in the agreement I signed), so I contacted them for the video. I was told they forgot to record it, so they had no record of the work. I then asked for my $1000 back, which they quickly refunded. I had another company come out and the problem Spengler diagnosed was not the problem whatsoever, in fact, I saw everything on their camera and confirmed the real issue. Cost to fix? $500. AGAIN, I would be VERY cautious to hire this company for anything. They were dishonest, they knew it and refunded my money, however, had I hired them and spent $12k on a problem that didn't exist, would have been a tremendous unecessary debt.

I have had two experiences with these people, neither of them pleasant. They are predators who charge far above market rates. Just had one of their plumbers at my house to clear a plugged shower drain. He was there under and hour and charged $400.00.
Several years back I had one of their plumbers try to charge $900.00 to stop a running toilet and clear a clogged drain. He refused to leave a written copy of his bid. Another company fixed both issues for under $200.00.
Stay away from these people.

I really wish there was an option to leave a 0 star review. 3 months after I bought my house my furnace went out in the middle of winter. Called Spengler based on reviews. Big mistake. They replaced the furnace...$8000.00. After the fact I was told it should not have cost more than $2000 for my home. During the summer, my a/c went out. I called Spengler since I had the warranty. They said it would be $2000.00 to replace the compressor (compressor was under warranty still). Got it fixed for $500.00. During my summer maintenance, they found out my water heater was leaking and my 2 toilets were running...$900.00. I fixed the water heater for $75.00. During the winter the furnace was not getting as warm as it should have been. Called and the tech came out and said that it was working just fine. Called a company that was recommended...there was a spiderweb blocking the flame causing the issue. Spengler refused to refund the service fee for the other company because I should have called back and asked for someone else to come and look at the furnace....ummm I am not an HVAC specialist...I go by what you tell me. The smart feature of the thermostat that they installed with the furnace stopped stopped working and was replaced twice. Wanted to charge me $300 to install a Nest. I bought a different thermostat and installed it myself. With the rebate from the power company, I only paid $50.00. I found water dripping in from the vent connected to furnace. Spengler quoted $2800 to replace the 2 flashing that are near the furnace...I can fix it myself for $50.00. I only use Spengler to have them come out an tell me what an issue is and will fix it myself if I can, and for my yearly cleaning. This company is totally unethical and rips off their customers. I wish I never had contacted them to replace my furnace. I still have another 3 years of paying for the furnace.

My bride and I have been doing business with the Spengler Company for a number of years now. They have been responsible for the installation of our entire HVAC system as well as a new hot water heater. To date we have never had a bad experience with any of your team members. Today Zack performed our seasonal inspection of the heating system and as has been the usual he was very pleasant and professional. We have also had pleasant interactions with Andrew anytime we have had questions about past or planned improvements to our system. Thank you for the services which you provide, your timely responses, and courteous staff! Our HVAC and plumbing systems are off limits to any who are not Spengler!

Spengler came out to our church to service the air and charged us $400 for 20 mins of work and a part that was later confirmed to cost $6.98.

Service is always excellent!! We couldn't be more happy with the entire experience!! Our tech did a great job & goes out of his way to answer any questions & explains what he is doing.

Each time we have called Spengler for service, the response has always been prompt. Our recent consultation with Zach Brusewitz was conducted professionally and thoughtfully . Our options were described and choices of hardware were described adequately to make our final choice easier. Our only surprise was the ultimate expense, which was also politely explained, making our decision more comfortable. We are always satisfied with Spengler's service.

Always friendly and courteous. Wouldn t want to deal with anyone else! Chris took time to listen to my concerns and came up with a solution I could afford, explained everything to me, very very impressed with his professionalism and attention and upbeat attitude!!!

This company is a joke, takes advantage of female home owners who don't know any better with things then slaps the hefty bill on them, a $5,000 water main replacement turned into replacing all the water lines in my house with the cheapest possible materials, at the end of the day the total was over $26,000, not to mention all the service calls to return to fix leaks, even had a water like break and flood my house, to add insult to injury this "24 hour plumbing service" refused to send up a clean up crew or send a crew member to fix the problem, all I got was a rookie who had a cap in his truck that cut and capped the line (I personally know the person and he told me he's a rookie it's not just me saying this). Jason Spengler himself is a joke to deal with along with his office staff, the only thing I can say this company did right was replace my ceiling tiles and reimburse me for my water bill after weeks of calling everyday to check the status of things. Don't call looking for answers to anything none of the staff will give you and answer nor can they seem to figure out how to talk to their boss for answers. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Your hard earned money just pays for them to have a lame TV commercial and put bill board advertisements along highway 70 and 64/40, support your local small business owner who take pride in their work, they'll do things reasonably and correctly.... THE FIRST TIME!!

Exceptional work. They worked with us in the whole remodel of both bathrooms. Billy did a amazing job and fixed even the smallest detail. They even cleaned up after themselves when the workday was over. The whole crew was courteous and helpful in the long run.

Jerry was pretty knowledgable and friendly, worked with me and seemed to genuinely want my business when we came to the decision making process. If the installation service is even half as good I ll be a pretty happy customer

After charging $600 to clean the sewer line,
The dishwasher- the original complaint- was still backing up into the sink. They then wanted to charge and extra $300 to fix it , or $100 , if they did not fix it. After ,explaining we don t work on mobile homes. The lady taking the order did not say that when I told her it was a mobile home. I fixed the the problem with a $13.00 part. No I cannot and will not recommend Spengler.

The serviceman was courteous and helpful beyond his assignment. I felt both comfortable and assured by his help.

I came home to a very hot house today after work. I called, a service repair man was at my house. He fixed my air conditioning unit on the spot. Thank you so much. Great service. I highly recommend calling them. Thank you

James did an awesome job! Very knowledgeable. We also had Matthew out to look at the furnace. He was very nice and gave us lots of good information about our heating system.

Brian and Brandon were very professional and personable when performing maintenance on our furnace. We were notified before their arrival and received an e-mail advising who we could expect at our door. Great job.

Technicians were very professional and did a great install.

The techs were great but the price for everything was incredibly too much. I could have paid $200.00 in parts and done some of the work myself.I ended up paying $700.00 in labor for about 1 1/2 hours.

The actual work seems OK, but be prepared for a barrage of upselling during routine maintenance and service visits.

I was initially impressed with Spengler Plumbing's marketing - their consistent branding throughout their trucks, website and even the especially pleasant phone conversations to set up the appointment and ask questions. I'm a marketing guy myself and love a wonderful customer experience because they can be so few and far between these days. Once the guys arrived to check out and fix our plumbing troubles, Bob and John were professionals all the way. They even wore booties in our house and cleaned up after themselves on the job. Color me impressed!
