Love working here! It's not a typical factory job. You work at your own pace and meet goals. It's very disapplined work.

Liked the job but got let go right after the new year for 3 days of no call no show which 1 of those 3 days I had actually called in. i was told we were off for 2 weeks over the holidays (which i didnt find that out until the day before we shut down) but wasnt informed that we weren't actually off for 2 weeks which is why I missed 2 of those 3 days because there is a major lack of communication from the leads and night shift supervisor. And the night shift supervisor was very unprofessional when telling me that I had been let go
