Still waiting for payment nearly 2weeks later as told I should have put in payment request online , I didn t know could do it online ,no I was told it s just been rolled out online ,is this there way of making me do it online in future .?.

Would give 5* if their customer services all gave the same information! I was told last year that I couldn't claim for pre paid prescription card until the card expires. Today I was told I can claim for this year's card at the same time! And that I should have claimed for last year's card when I received it!
Otherwise the overall service is excellent.

Joined sovereign healthcare thru morrisons which is who i work for. Left after 7 months after being told i could claim for something to make me sign up, then when asked about how to claim they said i do not qualify for it. Probably more not the companys fault but more of the reps fault who try and suck you in to sign up telling you about all the benefits then when it comes to it you dont qualify.. typical!!... Never again.

Told to claim online which was straight forward. A week later and still no movement on the claim as they are apparently busy. Maybe do what other businesses do and hire more staff instead of causing inconvenience to the customer.
