Spemco/Spirit Circuits Review

Delivery was fast, service was spectacular. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong amperage, but the good news is that I expect that my next order will arrive just as promptly!

Spemco is a great company to deal with when looking for hard to find Carling specialty switches that are never IN STOCK LOCALLY, whether retail or wholesale in my local area, which is very disappointing! They had everything in stock (large quantities) and there pricing is second to none, trust me, I checked, even with my local wholesale accounts, in which they would have to 'special order' the switches, anyhow. I highly recommend considering Spemco for marine/RV & automotive electrical switches.

Much easier to navigate than some of the other typical suppliers. Definitely my goto place for electromechanical components. Quick shipping, great communcation. Will order again.

This company has very poor customer service. We ordered very important switches and paid for two day shipping. After not receiving a shipment confirmation, my Husband called on Wednesday to make sure they had shipped. The lady assured him they shipped on Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday and we still haven t received our switches. When I called I was transferred to a man that said they never shipped because they are on back order until Sept 11th. We paid $25 shipping to have them in two days and not only did this company not notify us that they were not available, they lied to us and told us they had already shipped!

A terminal block I ordered (part # 74103-59 on order 22355) did not come with any screws. If you know anything about terminal blocks, they are useless without the screws. I sent 2 messages to the company thru their website's message system and did not get a response.

Great customer service. When I placed my order online, the shipping options were limited and I was only ordering hardware. The shipping cost for UPS was quite high. I received a phone call the next day telling me that the package was very light and could go USPS first class at a much lower rate. Thank you Spemco, I will definitely order from you in the future.
