This company has very poor customer service. We ordered very important switches and paid for two day shipping. After not receiving a shipment confirmation, my Husband called on Wednesday to make sure they had shipped. The lady assured him they shipped on Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday and we still haven t received our switches. When I called I was transferred to a man that said they never shipped because they are on back order until Sept 11th. We paid $25 shipping to have them in two days and not only did this company not notify us that they were not available, they lied to us and told us they had already shipped!
