Dominic found just what we were looking for in a "new to us" SUV. We brought our extensive list of needs and wants and he was able to show us some choices that fit exactly what we had envisioned. Dominic was very polite, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs (unlike the "help" we received at a nearby dealership).

Jared Eckley was awesome! He was helpful and patient through the entire process buying remotely. He helped me get what I needed for the price oh I wanted. Excellent service. When we went to pick up the truck everything was ready and we were in and out in less than an hour.
Working with Dom was great! He was a super nice guy and helped us find the Tahoe we were looking for. It was pouring rain the day we went to look and he had pulled the trucks up ahead of time so when we got there they were sitting out front and we didn t have to walk out in the rain with our toddler. Super down to earth and not relatable guy. We are glad to have gotten to work with him during our car buying experience.
Great staff members, always a variety of cars, prices a bit too high for some used cars but overall great! Lee Johnson s dealership group is a great family. Love their cars! All the doors are unlocked so you can sit and experience a car, best dealership in Monroe.

Following this, Joe in finance was able to walk me through the process with ease. Very transparent and adaptable as we worked through options.

Very pleasant experience. Dominic was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had to search for our desired car. It was in Everett, so Dominic had to round up someone to retrieve it. He did and we bought the car.

The fact that I was greeted by this little face, chances are I will 10/10 be a returning customer.
I personally have not bought a car from this particular location *YET*.
I read a lot of reviews prior to coming in, and I personally feel like the servicing department never gets enough credit.
I mean honestly anyone can sell you a car. (Okay maybe not everyone) but It s really easy to be overly excited about a brand new purchase, I mean who wouldn t.
But sometimes (guilty as charged) life gets away from you and the little things like maintenance can be a daunting task.
But these are all things that we HAVE to do in order to keep our cars going to get from point A to point B.
Not only do they have a shop dog but the people in the servicing department are so incredibly nice.
The other location I would go to prior, charged extra to have the tires rotated and would leave a tag in the mirror for a free car wash.
To my surprise this location included ALL of it into my service including the car wash! The little things such as taking my car and having it washed means a lot more to me than a tag because that s one less thing I have to do.
Anywho, thank you Speedway for making my first visit so great and I appreciate the friendliness of the staff (&pup) for making this daunting task that much easier!
Dom Merritt was an excellent salesman. He was patient with us as we made sure that the car seat would fit in the back seat of the truck. He was very informative and not pushy at all. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and kind. We will definitely buy from Speedway Chevrolet again!
