Jacob Hammonds was very helpful on training me with our new Spectrum VoIP phones. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience with this company so far. They don't tell you you have to pay the phones to a 3rd company and service fee to them. - 2 bills basically. The 3rd party company charges for documentation fees and insurance, we were never told of either. They promote on their website " zero upfront cost / no hidden fees / phone equipment and service in 1bill " all a lie. You have 2 deal with 2 separate companies, they don't have any communication between them, it just the worst service so far. Have had these service for 2 months so far.

Lyle Webb helped me several times get our call que set up, and troubleshoot some complaints with our system. He was fantastic. I enjoyed working with him.

Jacob H did an amazing job at our training today. He was extremely helpful and was able to show us everything we needed and anticipated needs we would have in the future as well. He taught us so much on the admin web portal as well as basic phone use. He was polite, engaged, and so effective. Thanks Jacob!

Lyle helped me twice with getting my call issues resolved. He was very informative, followed up with further instructions on fixing an issue with my internet provider, and I'm glad that I somehow snagged him twice in a row. Give him free lunch, and take the pink coding off of his computer ;)

Jacob provided a great rollout training for our team. Change can be difficult and initial response can sometimes lead to resistance but Jacob was efficient and started with the basics, which is always important to not overload with info and instill confidence in the change. Jacob empowered end users to play around with the new phone and just have fun. There will always be more questions after initial use but Jacob provided a forum for questions at the end of training and I am excited to start exploring!

They do not even deserve a 1 star rating. DO NOT USE SPECTRUM VOIP, this is a company that scams people, the pretend they are Spectrum Charter lie to say you have analog phones and they will switch you to digital phones, provide you with the cheapest phones on the market $645 value and then do a finance agreement for $6000 that is non cancellable even when the service is cancelled, and equipment returned. Then you are served a complaint from Philadelphia so you then have to spend the money to defend yourself in the state of Pennsylvania. There are over 25 complaints of this on the Better Business Bureau in Plano Texas and with the FCC regarding this scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Called for technical support for a phone issue that they set up and they want to charge me to have someone come out and look at it when only one phone is the issue. Will be looking elsewhere for service.

After several attempts to correct an issue at my place of work. I was able to connect with Joseph at SpectrumVoIP and he corrected it within an hour. He was very knowledgeable in the area where we needed assistance. He provided Excellent Service!
