I took my 2012 Honda Oddessey for Body work after a fender bender. I was amazed at the professionalism and honest and outstanding customer service. They made the whole process so easy and stress free. They worked with my insurance, arranged my rental car with enterprise, and also have me picked up from the shop when I was concerned of my ride after I dropped my van. The service manager Update me the progress of the job, throughout the process. They had my van ready at the time they promised. The job was outstanding my van looked brand new as if I was picking it from a showroom.
I definitely recommend spectrum collision. Amazing People, Excellent Service, Affordable Price and 100% Honest. I guarantee you will never be disappointed.

Spectrum Auto! What a professional establishment with a state-of-the-art body shop. All those working here are very honest and hard-working people. I was shaken up after my first collision and they made me feel at ease and assured me that I was in good hands. I was very nervous knowing the stigma of many body shops cutting corners, but this was not the case at all. All the repairs were done with the highest quality parts with very skilled technicians. They went above and beyond by keeping me in the loop regarding my insurance and the progress of the repairs being done to my car. It s bad enough if you damage your car, but finding a reputable shop to handle the repairs only adds to the headache. When my front bumper had an unexpected meeting with a small boulder, the hassle of getting home from the incident was followed up by the whole process of finding a trustworthy and reputable collision center to handle the repairs.
I was recommended to call Spectrum Auto in West Nyack by a relative who just received his truck back from them, after dealing with a hit & run incident himself. He had nothing but high praise for the team at Spectrum Auto and so I decided to plan a visit.
Walking in the front door feels more like entering an upscale car dealer than what you would expect from collision center. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff and met with the collision manager Jamal within minutes of my arrival.
Jamal was tremendously helpful through the entire claims process and made all the arrangements for a rental vehicle as well during the same visit.
During the entire period my vehicle was at Spectrum Auto, I received more periodic updates from Jamal than even my insurance representative; patiently answering all my questions during each call.
A week later, the repairs were complete and the vehicle was thoroughly detailed when I arrived to pick it. The last time I recall my vehicle looking this good was shortly after I purchased; eight years ago!
The team at Spectrum Auto is phenomenal and the expansive facility is state-of-the-art. With the dozens of lease-return cars available for sale at the same location, I was definitely tempted to start shopping here as well for my next ride
I would recommend Spectrum Auto without hesitation to anyone looking to repair, repaint or replace their vehicle!

I took my Lexus RX-350 after a garage door fell on one side which dented as well as took off the paint from the whole passenger side (front & back). The staffs were attentive, friendly and knew what they were doing, willing to help attitude, at reasonable price. We had a good overall experience, when we received our vehicle, I was very happy with the work they did, very professionalism,it seemed like nothing had happened back to a new car look, along with life time warranty for the service they provided. I would highly recommend to use their service.

This is a state of the art facility with an advanced alignment system for luxury & sports cars, collision, tires, certified pre-owned cars & much more.

Brought my 2004 Honda S2000 in to spectrum to have my front bumper repainted and a new front lip matched as well. Upon initial inspection, I was provided with a fair quote. Brought the car in, and received it within the week. I asked them not to rush, as I didn't need the car right away. The s2000 looks great now. The bumper and lip match great. They also did the NYS inspection, and washed the car as well.
