Staff is very helpful and accomodating. We hosted a bridal shower brunch here. Room is very well lit with natural lighting from tall windows across whole back wall, views if golf course make an amazing backdrop.

Cherry Valley Country Club is a hidden gem. The grounds are remarkably beautiful for any season, and their accommodations for events and weddings is great. Erin the wedding specialist is a pleasure to work with, and the staff is always incredibly professional.

We were here for a wedding, and Cherry Valley did a great job. The place is lovely, ave the staff were very friendly, fun and helpful. The food was mostly good; some of it was great, and some of it was just fine, but overall a really great place.
It is a good place to relax. The dining place is good. The only bad thing is that it is kind of expensive.

It's a nice neighborhood and meeting place, but it definitely comes across as a little too elitist.
Visited from TX and they were very helpful setting up a tee time and letting me go out as a single. I arrived 3 hours before my tee time as my flight and car ride was much shorter than expected, so I was offered to hang out in the clubhouse until I was ready to warm up. Course was in good shape.
Private course, very well maintained. Par 5's are truly a test.

I am not a extremely beginner golfer, I work for several years at two NJ courses, but was so busy with school never got to experience much of the golfing opportunities I should have taken advantage of. Its also like any sport your only as good as often as you get to play and practice. This was my second time playing after two months of not and prior to that I had played once the year before, which until then had not hit a ball in over ten years. I don't think golfer and I belong in the same sentence. That being said, I was there for a very early shotgun scramble outing. Upon arrival and after checking in, the breakfast that was provided was exceptional, it makes a continental breakfast seem like a snack. There was an abundance of options. After eating an amazing breakfast, we went to hit a few, as expected, I didn't fare well. It was starting to get more beautiful out and I was content. After playing several holes I realized the vastness of the course. I wouldnt say its wide open and definately can land your self attempting difficult shots and very difficult putts. In our foursome we had an 8 handicap, who has a solid game, and is a member of a very difficult course, and wasn't a stranger to Cherry Valley, he had made some easy mistakes. I wouldn't call this course a very difficult course, but its definitely not for the novice either. The greens ran true, especially since the course was drenched the two nights prior. I was surprised to find that it wasn't cart path only as it was very wet in some areas. After finishing again a phenomenal banquet after the outing, when we arrived we were more early than late and had kept up with the pace of play. The many options were already out prefectlyserveed hot with such a varied selection. I was not expecting this at all, it really exceeded my expectations. I'd never think twice about having an event there. The course was in great shape as well, which can most likely be attributed to the leadership of the Head Pro, who I don't believe was there that day, He has been there many years is a great person and an amazing teaching pro. If you get the opportunity play Cherry Valley!

We hosted our ten-year high school reunion at Cherry Valley Country Club. Given what a numbers game these events can be, they could not have been more accommodating and consultative throughout the planning process.
The room itself well-lit with gorgeous food displays (including a great cheese board and raw bar) and a perfectly-placed dance floor. They even put heat lamps outside so that folks could get fresh air or step away from the music.
Everyone had a wonderful time -- I would certainly recommend Cherry Valley for similar events.
This is a beautiful place,venue for many occasions such as wedding,anniversaries,birthday parties etc. The scenery is gorgeous for pictures. Nice and quiet neighborhood.
