Excellent lab I have been using for years to uncover deficiencies and prevent disease Among myself and family. Highly recommend.

If you value your safety there is no way I would let them draw blood from you!!!

I work in a lab setting and these people are far from safe or sanitary!!!

I watched the technician handle all the butterflies, needles and vials barehanded without sanitizing her hands. She then opens all sanitized packets bare handed. Just before she's ready to draw blood she puts on gloves. At this point I got up and said there's no way you're using this on me and then walk out. Every one in there looked confused and clueless to why I wouldn't let them draw blood.

Absolutely one of the most embarrassing display of a laboratory I have ever experienced in my 12 years of working in this field. If you have actually worked in an environment where people respect and actually care about patients and working as a team and not for self preservation this is not the job for you! Sanitary is not an option for this lab, management is more worried about about senior leaders than protecting the ppl who work hard for them. Racial injustice at its finest. If you are young and a brown noser this company is definitely for you! You can t be a leader if you do not know how to lead, and practically the majority of the staff is not qualified or incompetent to be true valued leaders. Unfortunately this company needs to be thrown away and start from scratch! I plan to make this known to many about this company. And this isn t even a rant because I no longer work here it s pure facts! Pay is ridiculous, Lab ethics are in the toilet and many of the rules n regulations are not followed: period!

I have been using SpectraCell labs for years now. They are very professional as well as educational in the materials they have to help you better understand the importance of micronutrient testing and nutrition in the vital roll of our body s wellness.
It is important to note you must also have a Dr who is trained to interpret the results and make the proper nutritional recommendations to have a truly successful and satisfying experience.
Not only have I been a patient, but I am also Chiropractor in practice for over 30 years, south of the Houston area. and I have never been more impressed with a laboratory than I am with SprectraCell Labs.

A lab where the true lab test (intracellular/micronutrient) can be done. I wouldn t go anywhere else for the right way to get a blood test. If your doctor sends you here, keep that doctors number because they know what they re talking about. Otherwise, find another doctor-run away!

Questionable customer service. We are a new client of Spectracell as of October of last year. Experienced nothing but poor client service; slow replies via email, long wait times via phone (averaging an hour and sometimes more), and very slow delivery of test kits. To top it off we were given 10 days notice that they were cancelling most of their test panels offered. Many of our patients were booked in to get bloodwork after this cut off date and we are now on the hook for the excess required to order through different labs since, unlike Spectracell, we will not make our clients be the ones to suffer due to decisions made by another company. I do not recommend them and will not be ordering any of the very few test panels they will continue to offer, I would much rather go to another testing company. I do not recommend working with Spectracell Labs.

Their panels are more complete than any in the country. The thyroid panel even measures antibodies, and they are one of only 2 in the world to offer telomere testing, to measure rate of aging.

COVID TEST FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL- I'm posting on behalf of my elderly mom. She had to get the test to return home. The procedure and lab tech was a very positive experience. She paid extra to get the expedited result. After 49 hours we called to follow-up and got results. No apology or partial refund or nothing. Atleast it was still before her flight, but I would recommend you do it at a lab that does what you pay for. You can't take chances of late test results when it comes to late results, especially with their poor customer service.
