Questionable customer service. We are a new client...
Questionable customer service. We are a new client of Spectracell as of October of last year. Experienced nothing but poor client service; slow replies via email, long wait times via phone (averaging an hour and sometimes more), and very slow delivery of test kits. To top it off we were given 10 days notice that they were cancelling most of their test panels offered. Many of our patients were booked in to get bloodwork after this cut off date and we are now on the hook for the excess required to order through different labs since, unlike Spectracell, we will not make our clients be the ones to suffer due to decisions made by another company. I do not recommend them and will not be ordering any of the very few test panels they will continue to offer, I would much rather go to another testing company. I do not recommend working with Spectracell Labs.
