Brilliant company, excellent personal touch. They got me my current job nearly 15 years ago and I'm now in a position to use them should a job arise

I signed up to Spec in March and they found me work almost straight-away. From the moment I stepped through the door I was hugely impressed - the team are friendly and professional, and their excellent knowledge of the needs of both their business clients and individuals looking for work is reflected in their brilliant service. I have worked in two organisations through Spec and they've both been great matches for me. Spec have provided consistent support and organisation, ensuring I was happy in my placements and paid on time.
I couldn't recommend Spec more highly, and have done so to all my friends and family who are looking for work.

Getting started with Spec was easy; within a few days of handing in my CV and forms, I was given an assignment. The places I have worked at for Spec have been friendly, and the work there rewarding and decently paid. Jackie and her colleagues are all well-organised, easy to chat to, and understand any concerns and conditions which you may have.

Overall, a great recruitment firm which promises much for applicants!

It s a daunting thing, looking for a new job, especially if it s through redundancy rather than choice but, I can honestly say that dealing with the ladies at Spec was a complete pleasure!
They didn t make me feel at all intimidated by it all having been in employment for the past 30 years and suddenly finding myself jobless.
They were professional, yet friendly from start to finish, in fact, seem to have mastered that perfect balance of recruitment consultant/friend down to a tee.
When I say I d like not to have to deal with them again I do mean that in a nice way because, through Spec I have found, what I d like to hope is, my perfect job!

I can't recommend Leah and team highly enough. I went to meet them and within a week they had suggested a few roles and then set up an interview for me, at which I was successful! So within two weeks of first making contact I had secured a job which fit the brief I gave them exactly (hours, location, work pattern, everything!!). Not only that but Leah has kept continuous contact since I was offered the role, ensuring I'm prepared and have everything I need before starting. If it was possible to give 10 stars I would!!

I had an appointment at Spec Recruitment last week to discuss a return to work. From the moment you enter, it's clear that Spec are a professional and genuinely people focused agency. Jackie spent time getting to know me and my experience as well as suggesting useful job search strategies. Whether or not my registration leads to an employment opportunity, my positive experience with Spec would mean I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Spec Recruitment bring another dimension to the word "friendly"! They could not have been nicer (I mainly dealt with Natasha) but when you add this to the fact that they were far and away the most pro-active of the agencies I looked into, that makes them well worth signing up with. I was put forward for several interviews by them and each company commented on how they enjoyed working with the girls at Spec. I very much recommend this agency.

the lovely ladies at Spec have been amazing to me! After a long employment dry spell, Spec found me a temporary position within a week! hands down the best recruitment company you could possibly get involved in. When you call into the office they all remember you and you never have to explain to any of them what is going on. they got me 5 interviews in 2 weeks.

Spec Recruitment are by far the best recruitment agency I have worked with. I worked with Leah and she was friendly and helpful but never pushy. She never made me feel bad if I wasn t interested in a job and she kept in contact so I always knew what was going on. When I got a job, through another agency, she was genuinely happy for me. Although my requirements were not immediate and a bit of a long shot; Spec Recruitment took on the challenge. All the team were friendly and supportive, and were very good at keeping me updated throughout the process, it was very easy to work with the whole team and a special mention to Natasha for looking after me from start to finish.

Spec recruitment offer the best all round recruitment agency service. From the first moment I walked in to register my details, I was welcomed with a friendly team and a cup of tea. Jackie, Natasha and Anne-Marie really do know how to put people at ease and also make you feel like one of their family.

I initially signed up with Spec to find some immediate temporary work, and Spec certainly lived up to that expectation! After only a few moments of arriving and completing my forms, I was offered my first assignment, which I was lucky enough to stay in for two months.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Spec. I really do appreciate the support and financial benefits of having some quick income when I needed it. I have now found permanent work and shall have very fond memories of my time with Spec.

One other major bonus is that pay is weekly so it kind of helps to budget slightly easier.

After graduating from university I signed up to many recruitment agencies and spec were by far the most helpful. The team were so personable, understood what I was looking for, and were awesome with sending me temporary roles whilst looking for the correct job. Without this I would have accepted roles that weren t the right fit just to start earning. Although I received a job offer through a different agency they were genuinely very happy for me. I couldn t have done it without them, especially Anne-Marie and Leah, thanks to the both of you.

The team at Spec are consistently brilliant. Not only have they been proactive in finding me temporary work with lovely people and interesting places, but they are always a joy to speak to. With some agencies, you sign up and never hear from them again - not so with this one! Professional but with loads of personality, I can't recommend Spec Recruitment highly enough.

The most friendly, helpful and supportive agency. I couldn't have found the role I'm in now with out them. Their communication is excellent, with calls a couple of times a week to keep me updated to what was going on and where my cv had gone. They kept in contact very often and were always available to discuss any opportunities or to answer any questions I had. By far the best.
