2 sets of Bi-fold doors installed October 2020 by another company but manufactured by SPD. We've had nothing but trouble with the doors since installation, from letting water in to banging when the weather is windy and the doors not closing properly. The installation company referred us to the manufacturer (SPD) 6 months ago and we are still waiting for someone to come out and fix. I've been more than patient and called both the installation company and SPD on a daily/weekly basis with yet no success. The installation company have also tried to get hold of SPD on our behalf but we are still waiting for someone to come out and fix. Terrible after sale service! I just want my doors fixed now it's June 2021!!
