I've been to the Spartan Theatre a few times and my experience has never been horrible. The plays and musicals the director puts on are absolutely astonishing and the actors never fail to impress. I highly recommend you to go, if you can

Hot, uncomfortable, minimally handicap accessible for an electric wheelchair.
Went to a play there last fall because my son was in it. It was the weirdest, most convoluted thing I think I've seen. I've got to go to another one next week. Apparently it's one of Shakespeare's "bawdy" plays but no one's ever heard of it. Not real impressed with the performance choices.

I went and watched "big fish", absolutely amazing! The theatre itself got pretty hot though
