Was a nice time. Great swimming snd sctivities. The place teams with people on the weekends but is maintained by a few local guys who also serve as adventure guides and lifeguards unofficially. It's good to tip them as they also clean up after all the people who visit.

This place was absolutely magical!!!! The water the fun the whole experience was enjoyed. I would recommend it to anyone. I must say that the journey was long and some of the roads were really bad to get there but all will be forgiven when you reach and start to enjoy the wonders of nature
You can rent a life jacket and just let yourself go in the water. You can also rent a tube if you'd like. To swing off that bridge is definitely something to tick off your bucket list. Definitely one of the best natural attractions in Jamaica!
There is no public restroom or changing facilities. Also no formal parking. Water is cold and sooooo very good. The guy that says he takes care of the place is friendly and helpful. Generally clean and life vests are available for rental for persons wishing to jump from the bridge but are unable to swim. Take a cooler and some food and definitely enjoy.
Lovely tranquil setting. So much potential for subtle development (making sure not to spoil the natural beauty). The road is only just good enough for regular cars. The water is so clear and cleaned often. Bring a tip for the guys that help maintain it but there is no admission.
Excellent setting, only fall back is that the persons using it can be messy, you may come across the occasional plastic cup in an otherwise impeccable river getaway.
Amazing place. Relaxing and just shows the beauty of Jamaica. Be sure to link up Shango for the swing off into the water. Highly recommend a trip to this treasure.
It was a very fun experience, diving and swinging off into the deep. I would say it's more accommodating for the young and not faint of heart either. It is increasingly getting popular and more people can be seen in large numbers, especially this time of year, and especially because of the current restrictions that had everyone suppressed. If you're the wild adventurous type, this may peek your interest. It's mostly free, depending on where you enter. Walking from the main gate will attract a little cost, which you can also circumvent because the property isn't fenced from the other areas.
Water was extremely cold but it was a great environment. You can jump off the bridge if you're extreme or you can jump off a man made stand about 3 meters high
It's worth the trip. Great views awesome river swings and great people. Be sure to hail shango the local guru and guide. He'll help you with the safely enjoying the rope swings and give you pointers on the river and the area.
I only ask that you make sure to support the local community bar and guides as it makes a world of difference to community of so few.
Went here late afternoon so wasn't too busy. The water was freezing but once you got in it was fine after a little while. I'd definitely go back but earlier in the day when the sun is really hot. This would be a good place to have a picnic with the whole family. There's not much here, bit a few people had drinks Stan, and the Ice cream man was there also
Old Spanish Bridge is a must visit for a tourist and even a regular Jamaican. I recommend persona taking their own food because there are no restaurants close by. Also, persons should take river shoes because of the sharp stones at the bottom of the river.
There is a swing for swimmers to take the advantage of. I must warn you to take note of where you re landing when you dive off the bridge because you can get seriously injured.
